This wasn't quite achieved because we had too much stuff. I'm ecstatic that we created two aisles for walking in thye basement and at least we can see what we MUST get rid of!

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Hortensia Cleaning Service. I was thrilled. The initial package was 3 people for 3 hours. I paid an additional charge because I asked them to stay for an extra hour. I'm planning on having them back. They did a very thorough cleaning. They were very polite. They worked the whole time, they did not stop for breaks, not that I noticed. I had some problem areas, like in the bathroom, and they were sparkling by the time they left.

It was great! They were extremely professional and great communicators. They took direction from me on what I wanted to throw out, what stayed and listened to how I wanted it all organized. They did a great job cleaning it as well that I might consider them to do my regular house cleaning. They were efficient and hardworking and super friendly on top of it. Can't ask for anything better!

Excellent. This basement was pile up to the ceiling and a completed mess. Hortensia's crew came in and cleaned out the basement, organized everything in a neat manner, and washed it out, nicely. We were impressed with how well it went. We have so much more room to utilized now. I feel a lot better going down now and being able to freely move in open, clean space.

We were happy with their work and have decided to go with them on a weekly basis for our home.

I am very pleased with the service from Hortensia and her staff. On the first visit she came herself and spoke to me about what I needed done. I scheduled service every two weeks and they are always on-time, friendly, courteous, and do a great job cleaning. I'm picky about how my house is cleaned and I never felt like I had to 're-do' anything after they left. I have also had cleaners in the past who sent workers who did not speak any English and did not understand me. I have no trouble communicating with her staff and they always come through the door with a smile. Her prices are great for the work that is done. Fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone looking for some cleaning help.

The job went very very well, we got rid of lots of stuff we didn't need, they organized and cleaned everything that we wanted to keep. They cleaned the walls and floor. There was no way we could have done this ourselves - the team was excellent ! Professional and a pleasure to work with.

Hortensia never responded to my e-mail request for an estimate, nor did Maria's cleaning service ever return my phone call. I think the cleaning services listed on Angie's List are too busy to take on new customers. I will use someone not on the list recommended by my neighbor instead of someone from Angie's List.

The guys showed up on-time and got to work right away. Polite and friendly and very efficient. I'm shocked at how clean they got the garage, they even stacked the left-over tile I had on the back shelf. I would absolutely recommend these guys and will definitely use them again for any future cleaning.

It was fine. I've only used them one time because of the special package. I thought they were average. The one cleaner was very helpful and the other cleaner was on the cell phone a lot. So one was very professional and the other one wasn't really into her job. Their pricing was excellent.

They were wonderful. The 3 ladies arrived early and cleaned windows,funiture,appliances and clean everything in sight! We use them in the future.

House was in need in of major cleaning. For the time that the cleaners were in the house they worked continuously. I would recommend them. What a wonderful experience to have my house cleaned.

They were very responsive and flexible (we weren't sure until the last minute which day we wanted them to come). Cleaning was pretty good - they missed a few spots. The price seemed high, but to their credit they gave us an extra hour free - if they did this every time they'd get an A

They're really good, I really liked them. However, their price fluctuated once their job was done. Everything was positive except pricing was not dependable. They were on time. The job was done very well. They were thorough. I will use them again in the future.
