The cleaning service was wonderful. They were great. There were no additional charges. They did exactly what they promised.

I purchased a big deal from them, they were fabulous and we actually hired them. We had cleaning people one other time in our life and they were green people, but these people were fabulous. If there was a pile on the table, they moved it, they cleaned the table and they put it back, and they did not go around it. They even cleaned the top of the refrigerator. They moved every piece of furniture. They were incredible. They took 3 hours to clean. We have a front hall, which due to construction has crap all over and he was on his hands and knees with a scrapper trying to get the glue off. They were just above and beyond. We have them coming in every other week through Thanksgiving. They did not charge us anything other than the big deal and they would not even take a tip. I cannot say enough for them. When I was pregnant with one of my kids I could not lift anything from six weeks on, so we hired a woman. We did more cleaning to clean before she cleaned and these people just came in and took over. I am highly recommending them. There a no negatives at all. A guy came with a vacuum on his back and walked through the house and just vacuumed. They had it down to a science. They knew how to do what they had to do and they went above that. They even left a cleanser for the stainless steel bowl top because they felt they could not get it clean enough and you could see your reflection in this thing, and they asked us if we would mind cleaning it once or twice before they get back. They wanted it to look like they had arrived in the house.

Hortensia's Cleaning Service is very professional and courteous. They call the day before to confirm appointment and then on day of service, Nelson, the crew leader, called when he was approximately 10 minutes away to alert me to his arrival. They came within the specified time frame. We walked through the house and agreed on what work would be completed in each room. The team is very hard working and thorough in each task. All surfaces were left shining clean and there is no chemical odor from the cleaning solutions that they used. My carpets turned out better than I thought possible. In two rooms the carpeting is original to the house and 15 years old and it looks so much brighter. Nelson is very pleasant to work with and accomodates any requests. I plan to hire Hortensia's Cleaning Service again in the near future.

It was very good, and they did a good job. I would definitely hire them again, and I would recommend them to others. They did a good job on my basement. They sent 3 workers to do the job. They called and asked us if they could come and little earlier. The guy in charge was very good.

They were a great crew - actually showed up early. They worked hard the entire time they were in my house. My house has never looked better. I would definitely use them again!

We had just purchased the house and it had been locked up for a few months. Hortensia's crew came in and did a deep clean to ready it for our arrival. It is overwhelming to have a move in front of you but, having the house be so spic and span perked me right up. They did a wonderful job were kind and considerate I would definitely use them a gain.

All GOOD. Please use them, we did, saved our backs the headache, and they are great at helping to assemble, shelves and ideas on how to organize a garage.

The crew was professional, called before arrival, punctual, and diligent. They hustled to clean the whole house in the contracted time (and finished up even though it was about 20 minutes more than the agreement). The cleaning quality was excellent to good, and all of the crew were friendly and accommodating. We would consider them for both regular and one-time cleaning.

They are a good cleaning service and always do a great job. We asked them to come clean our place regularly after our first experience with them. Their price is also reasonable. The only partial negative I have is regarding their responsiveness. They are not the most prompt in answering phonecalls (possibly too busy cleaning). However - when they show up, you think it was worth the wait. Highly recommended.

It started out very rocky as they arrived 2.5 hours late but apparently there was some mis-communication. They more than made up for the frustration we were felling. They were professional and helpful and worked hard and diligently. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.

This was our first time using Hortensia's service but we selected them based on the other great reviews. Nelson and his coworker did an excellent job. They were extremely thorough and even stayed longer than planned to make sure everything looked perfect. We were very pleased with the service overall. We highly recommend them. We will be using Hortensia's again for sure!

They arrived on time very friendly and very Detailed, there was nothing left unturned. I brought there special deal and I rwally wish I could afford them every week.

Fabulous. The team got to work immediately and were kind, thoughtful, and respectful. I had purchased 2 garage organizers. Each was put together and placed in the garage with no extra charge. The contents of the garage were removed and categorized. then the team cleaned the cobwebs and dirt from the walls. The garage doors on the inside were washed and cleaned. The garage windows were washed and cleaned. The shelves that are in the garage already were washed, cleaned and organized. The floor is so clean now. The organizational skills of the team are outstanding. Most importantly, I was treated with appreciation for my business, something that a lot of businesses forget these days. I would recommend this cleaning business whole-heartedly. I'm so happy I bought their Big Deal!!

I selected Hortensia after reading a number of Angie's List reviews and I can honestly say that it was one of the best decisions I've ever made where choosing a vendor is concerned. In fact given the number of times I scheduled them to come and clean and had to cancel and reschedule, I was surprised that they were still willing to eventually come to my house. I had been told in advance that they would send 3 people, between the hours of 2:00 and 3:00 p.m., who would be here for 3 hours. True to their word, 3 women arrived around 2:15 p.m. Lupa, Marcella and Dina were all very personable as well as professional and it was apparent that Lupa was in charge of the women. I asked Lupa if she preferred that I leave the house while they clean and return just before they finish, she told me that she had no problem with my remaining there and that they would just work around me, which they did very unobtrusively. True to their word, they used all their own products. After they were finished I was absolutely amazed at how incredibly clean every room looked . I am thrilled to have found a reliable cleaning service that I'll be able to count on.

The service provided was excellent. They were punctual and worked efficiently. This was an Angie's List special which 9 hours of labor (3 people for 3 hours). They would clean whichever areas I wanted (garage, basement, attic, interior house, etc). They came with equipment and cleaning supplies, which were all very good. The house was mostly empty, but if there was any clutter around, they stacked and organized it. I was very impressed with the service. Hortensia is a very warm and friendly person and her staff is friendly and professional as well. I will definitely use her sevices again and I highly recommend them.

They did such a good job, I had them come back and do my basement. They did an excellent job. It was exactly what I paid for. I will use them again.

I was very impressed. I rarely see people anymore who work hard and take pride in there job. I hired Hortensia Cleaners for 3 hours. They worked hard and nonstop for the 3 hours and did a great job.

Arrived on time. Took everything out of the garage. Power washed the garage. Took items being thrown out and neatly put it in the front of my home (for trash pickup) Cleaned everything going back in the garage and put it back neatly. I can now put my car in my garage ! These people were absolutely wonderful and efficient and terrific.

Provider was punctual, we were able to schedule right away, they showed-up on time with a three person crew and did a nice job.

Nelson is a hard worker and very charming. He did not waste time and worked the entire time. Having a male cleaning person is very good because he is strong for the heavy labor of picking up heavy boxes and such. The other cleaning person took direction from me and did all the work just as I had requested. I was very happy with the 3 rooms that were cleaned. But I was disappointing that for the price I paid there wasn't a cleaning crew of at least 3-4 people. With other cleaning services, I paid less and had more people cleaning at one time. Since there was just Nelson and his worker, they didnt clean the whole house in the alloted time. They only cleaned half the house which was disappointing. But the rooms they did clean was amazing! My advice: Discuss your expectations when the "crew" arrives and manage their work throughout to make sure it is being done as you like. I stayed with Nelson in the attic the whole time telling him what items to place in which bins and where to place every bin. He was patient with me as long as I was respectful in my tone. :-)
