John and his workers did a big project for my Mom...mold remediation - well done; tile drain - well done. Installation of sump pumps with back up battery - not so well done. Redid drywalls and painted - very well done. However, a week after the project was 'complete' Hurricane Irene hit, and the back up battery failed after only operating 3 hours. Basement flooded until a neighbor realized that the battery had failed & hooked up a generator. Waiting, since August, for John to respond back to us to again take down the drywall and replace. Update: sump pumps replaced in Dec by Al, but John would not replace drywall. Very happy w Al & Lou

Excellent experience. I had to deal with the condo association and it was back and forth and he was very patient. Reasonable priced too! John went out of his way to explain what he was going to do and fixed some minor problems that were extras. I would recommend him to anyone.

John was great. He quickly assessed the water damage in my basement, did a thorough search for mold issues, and solved the problem. He was honest about the job, and showed up the same day I called. I highly recommend using him. Great guy and he knows his stuff.

I had a difficult issue of water leakage from a number of sources, and have had several firms out to look at it. Finally I found someone resourceful and knowledgeable enough to go the extra mile to figure out what was wrong and fix it. When another leak popped out, I called and he came out and once again, did his magic to make a lasting repair. He came out quickly, and finally solved my problem. Would definetly call again!
