Tom Segrest is the owner of Cherry Hill Waterproofing. I had at least three other companies come in to quote for the remediation. Cherry Hill, from the very beginning to the very end, I would give every category an A. Not only were these people professional, but they were very very nice people. This is a family owned business, they came out here and one son did - what nobody else had done - he went up in to my attic and he saw mold had gone all through my house in to the crawl space. So that by the time they started the remediation they knew exactly what they had to do. They came in and they blocked off with the plastic curtains and they were very good. They were unbelievable. They worked with us for everything. When they were finished, everything that they had come in to do, contracted to do, there was a question about one wall in my kitchen. They told me that if one contractor came out, my contractor, and he took the cabinets off the wall, that they would come and check that too. Even after everything else was finished. I would highly recommend this company for anybody that has to go through water problems or the mold. We had the mold remediation and they were just so wonderful to work with. They cared about us and what was going on here, so they took really good care of us. They explained everything that they were going to do and how they were going to do it. Because I have children and I have pets, they were wonderful. As far as ratings go, from me, they get A's on everything. As far as the price goes, I only had so much coverage from my insurance company for  mold remediation and I told them. They gave me an estimate and I told them that I would only be getting so much and they told me they would work with me and they did. It was a compromise: the insurance company provided a little bit more and Cherry Hill worked with me for the amount. So it all came together, we were able to do it.

The company was great. They gave us the best estimate we found & were recommended to us from friends where they did a great job. The job was done within the 2 days as scheduled & they did everything that was promised. We were extremely satisfied with the experience & would recommend them.
