Description of Work: Winterized sprinkler system. Blew out lines with air, provided new pvc threaded plug due to old plug threads somewhat cross threaded (appreciated the heads up).

Description of Work: Spoke with Star Sprinkler and they quoted me for replacing a PVB at my rental home in Sicklerville NJ. Although, the issue was not the PVB but a cracked elbow which sits beneath the PVB. Only the cracked elbow needed to be replaced (I have pics to prove it from my renter). For some reason they kep quoting me for the PVB replacement which was not the problem. This leads me to suspect if they even ventured out my rental home to diagnose the issue or even consult with my renter who provided all the information to me. Customer trust and satisfaction were exclusively sxploited in this situation.
