The service was performed in two days. Price $488, not sure if this was fair because I didn't shop around. I dropped the Honda Odyssey for the repair with a full tank that I had the tank Top-up at the gas station across their business.  I paid for the repair and when I took my Van home I quickly noticed that the van was with 3/4 in the Gas tank. I quickly took a picture of the miles driven that I always clear after I get gas to track the miles per gallon and I noticed that I had 53 miles driven on the van. I called the Manager or owner, not sure because I asked for the owner and He never told me he was or not owner. I explained the situation, He denied even that I told him I could show him the prove because I took the picture, I had the gas receipt and I even had a small conversation with the gas attendant and I was sure he would identify me as getting gas on my Van that morning. He then asked what i wanted for him to do. I just told him to stop whoever is taking advantage of customers to continue. He then denied again...I then told him to have a nice day I can pay for the gas and it was not about the $20 gas used or the miles but it was wrong. I also told them to have a nice day. I still have not used the car  because I lived in Medford and own other cars, so I can't say anything about the quality of the repair. I will write an update on the review once I drive the van today going to AC. Once again, The Honesty of the service is my complaint as the management failed to take responsibility what it seems to be an act of an employee and clueless management knowledge.

I am not really happy with them right now. We had them look at something while we were there and they told us it was broken and it was not broken something else was broken. It is a long story. I am not sure if I will use them again in the future.

They seem to be very fair. I rate them high overall. They are very good. I will continue to use them in the future.

Work was done right. Very professional and courteous to customers. But the price I was charged for the parts was exceptionally HIGH! The prices I was able to find on the Internet for the same items were approximately half the price I was charged for them with the exception of the rotors. They were about 2o% higher. I needed the car repaired quickly and I got that but I am sure I overpaid for the parts!

JOE IS THE MANAGER AND HIS FELLOW MECHANICS ARE VERY EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION--EVERYTIME.
