Description of Work: Responded quickly to phone call and made an appointment for the next day. He showed up right on time. The really annoying part was that as soon as he heard the bill was going to be paid by a third party, he began to hem and haw. Said he could provide a verbal estimate for free but would need to charge $150 (which he would put toward the final bill) to provide any estimate in writing (later asked for $50) because he is tired of getting 'used' by people to get insurance money using his estimates and not getting the jobs. Also said he might need to charge more for the job if it's going through insurance. What?! Of course, I was really turned off by this. To his credit, though, he did provide an estimate which consisted of 3 words on an email. Unfortunately, the price was more than double what I ended up paying from someone else who did a beautiful job. I did not use this vendor.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate. I really liked what he was telling me. He actually advised me about doing something what I wasn't thinking of doing and I liked it. He was going to call me when he could come to give me an estimate. He called and gave me a date. That day he didn't show but called to apologize. I told him I understood. The next date he didn't show either. Called again to apologize. I didn't tell him I understood but I was cordial to him. The next time he didn't show and didn't bother to call and neither did I. It's a shame because I really liked him.

Description of Work: CENTIMOLE WAS SLOW IMN SETTING UP AN APOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE, BUT , WHILE HIGHER PRICED THAN OTHERS, WAS THE ONLY CONTRACTOR i CONTACTED THAT GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON REPAIRING MY FROMT STEPS EXACTLY AS THEY WERE ORGINALLY. WHEN IT CAME TIME TO DO THE WORK, THEY STARTED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND FINISHED IN THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD, COMING EVERY DAY QND WORKING STEQADLY. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS OTHER THAN THAT THEY ARE SLOW WHEN IT COMES TO GIVING AN ESTIMATE.

Description of Work: The roots of some trees had cracked a wall along my driveway so he replaced the wall with a new one. After he was finished he painted the wall.
