The company was on time, professional and neat doing the work. They explained everything that needed to be done and why and showed me the work throughout the process. I was very pleased with the work and would use them again.

We are converting from electric to gas range and needed to change the kitchen outlet. We also had some outlets in the garage that looked like they had been done by the previous owner and I was concerned as to how safe they were. Showed up on time with two assistants. Was friendly, professional, and knowledged. He converted the kitchen outlet as well as replaced the garage outlets so they met appropriate safety codes. He also noticed some other issues in the house besides what I had called him for and pointed them out to me in a nice manner as well. Would definitely use him again.

After using Dan's service for installing recessed lighting in my living room, we used Dan to set up paddle fans and attic fan in our bedrooms. Really impressed by the quality of work and professionalism. Dan together with Ralph came on time and did the job very well. Cleaned up after the work and would highly recommend using them for any electrical needs. I had to reschedule couple of times. Dan was always accommodating and worked with the new schedule. He is knowledgeable and gives a clear description of what the work would be. Really happy with the services.

Dan came out and installed our new oven, even with the change in template size and in place ceramic tile it only too him about 1/2 hr. Every spec of dust was cleaned. It was like it had been there forever. I would not hesitate to call on him again.

Excellent experience. Dan and his team came in prepared and came in with a robust plan as well as contingency plan to hang a very large and very heavy crystal chandelier. They not only performed the necessary electrical work to ensure the chandelier worked properly but most importantly they gave ample thought to how best to hang the very heavy item by bolstering it with airplane cable up in my attic. His team went up to my attic, installed two 2x4's and used this new brace to wrap the airplane wire around. This showed their "out of the box" thinking as well as appreciation for the homeowner in ensuring the work performed by his team is of the highest quality and highest SAFETY. Dan has come thru for me twice now and his work is exemplary.

The job got scheduled quickly based on my availability. Everything was perfect. They came on time, finished quickly with enough men for a smooth job. They were in the attic, in the basement, outside and in every room of the house with upgrades. It was fantastic. Nothing was missed. The work bid was much better than my first quote. I hope to use their service again.

My wife and I ordered a new stove on a Sunday afternoon. Because the old stove was hard wired, we were told the delivery company was not allowed to install the stove and we would have to hire an electrician to install it. I called Dan Spagnolia Electric Monday. Dan (the owner) gave us a 1 hour time window for the very next day. He was at our house within that 1 hour window. Dan was nice, installed and tested the outlet for the new stove, and took the time to answer all of our questions. If we need electrical work done in the future, we will use Dan Spagnolia Electric.

Our Master Bathroom light began flickering. We tried to fix the problem by replacing the light switch. After a couple of tries, one of the wires broke. We were not sure how to proceed next. We called Mr. Spagnolia because weren't comfortable leaving the wire exposed during the weekend and waiting till the weekday to make an appointment. We were very greatful that Mr. Spagnolia was availible to stop by. He was able to come out in between appointments to look at what the problem was. He was over within a 1/2 an hour. The problem was easily fixed, and he said that because he was able to fix it easily, in less than 10 mins, there would be no charge. When looking for an honest and professional electrician, please consider contacting Mr. Spagnolia. We will use and recommend his services.

I joined Angie's List around 3 pm. I selected a provider and called them. They happened to be in the area and came by around 4:00 and had the problem fixed by 4:30. I didn't expect such fast service. I'll definitely call them again.

First I must say we were impressed that Dan answered our call on Super Bowl Sunday(7pm). Initial call was to determine why we lost power in the family room.The problem escalated to a complete power outage. After Dan talked with his wife, Dan offered to come out and give us a temporary fix to our problem. However, we decided to wait until the next day. Dan arrived around 9:30 am Monday morning, as promised. He corrected the issue in panel box to restore the main power. Also, he explained the reason and the fix needed to correct the outage in the family room. This is the second time that Dan has done work for us and we were pleased both times.

Did a very thorough and professional job with installing 3 kitchen pendant lights over an existing island. Dan removed a recessed light very cleanly and patched up the resulting hole. He alerted us that the pendant lights we had ordered were European in design and electrical components and this may pose a problem during installation. He described the steps he may need to take to address the situation. Luckily for us he was able to install the lights without any major issue. The major compliment I can give him is that he was very patient with us. We tend to have trouble making up our minds and we are very nervous types in general - about positioning, height, symmetry and all sorts of other things. Dan never once lost his cool and patiently answered our most annoying questions, sometimes even 3 or 4 times. THIS was the best part of the service without a doubt. His pricing was very fair. I would not hesitate to use him again for electrical work.

I thought I was going to have to replace my hot water heater. When the plummer came to replace it he noticed that there was an electrical issue. He told me to call an electrician. I needed this repaired quickly because there was no hot water. I called Dan at 2:00 and after some re-arranging of schedules he was able to meet my husband at 3:30. He fixed the problem and there is now hot water.

Great! Dan worked quickly in the attic to repair the fan so it's ready to go when the hot weather arrives!

Great job. I called Dan to set up a walk through and they made time for us the next day. Ralph and Carl, our technicians, were very professional and friendly. They even worked around our 3 kids' napping schedule.
