After completing the Service Magic Request, Pat from Price Rite Plumbing called within a couple of hours to set up an appointment to service a gas fireplace. The pilot was out and it would not turn on. Pat scheduled the repair in a few days. Pat is very friendly, personable and polite. He ignited the pilot and tried to diagnose the problem. He took a conservative, economical approach when analyzing the unit's malfunction and the need for new parts. He was successful in getting the fireplace to operate, but a gas valve may be needed.

He didn't take a credit card, wish would take credit cards, only took checks. He was fast though doing the job.

They did a terrific job.....things took a little longer than expected - no fault of theirs - the pipes weren't where they were expected to be - the guys stayed late and worked hard to get the job done! I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone.

Pat was very nice. He responded very quickly to all phone calls or messages left for him. He was able to schedule the job within a week or so of the initial phone call. He came on time and cleaned up after the job was done. would definitely recommend.

PriceRite did a great job. I had several small projects that were about a half a day's work in total. Pat responded quickly to my request for an estimate, provided a fair estimate, and was able to schedule and complete the work within a week. They did a great job and were very polite and respectful of my time and my property. I would highly recommend them for big or small projects.

Pat Hibbs and his crew especially the tile man did great work. They were great about setting up a temporary bathroom during renovation. Pat Hibbs is very busy with giving estimates, so be patient with him if you are waiting for him to arrive for an estimate.

It took a hard time setting a new apt after he had to reschedule due to medical emergency, had to call him two times to find out if and what time he was going to come. Finally the work got done well.
