Well organized organization, the office staff (Lisa being one), are very well attuned to the customer's needs and can really respond to questions. The field crew is comprised of technologists who do their jobs without leaving a trace such as, your lawn is not left in a mess, good and reliable.

The sales rep was very professional. He knew his product and explained everything his company would do to provide us with a good experience. Customer service is great. Returned every call and email promptly. All workers came at the allotted times, set to work, and finished in a single day. All throughout it has been a stress less job. Very good experience. I would definitely recommend this company.

My overall experience was great. Customer service was great. The technicians did a clean job installing the system. I experienced a problem when my lawn was later mowed. It appears that the heads were turned to spray in a different direction from that that was intended. Technician is returning tomorrow to make sure spray is appropriately directed.

I have hired Royal Irrigation for the last three seasons. Recently I had to have them replace several sprinkler heads. The work was done quickly and the tech recommended a more efficient set up for the heads. Cost was an issue so I didn't proceed but the fact they they are willing to not just fix a problem but try to improve the quality of the system was appreciated. I will continue to call them for my winterization and sprinkler system needs.

Had a really pleasant working with Royal Irrigation. Ed was quick enough to spot I needed an additional soaker zone for the Trees I installed and also helped me save money on something, which was not absolutely needed. Really happy with the install and would certainly recommend anyone looking to get the sprinklers installed for their yard.

Should have annual contract before you start service to save money.

Showed up on time. Got my system up and running after being dormant fir years. Made some repairs the same day. Very pleased.

Burst pipe in garage. They repaired for 1/5 the price of the other irrigation company. Took time to look at system as it hadn't been winterized properly by former company. They seemed very ethical not trying to oversell me. Office was very responsive. Estimate given beforehand was accurate. I've found my new irrigation company!

I was able to schedule my spot quickly and the service call happened on time. I decided to buy the annual package. I hope the activation goes well this spring.

Did job with no problems

They are follow-up-oriented. Called to confirm the appointment, called again the day before, and called again a few minutes before arriving, with an ETA. Service Desk (calling party), made sure everything was clear as to billing (check or cash), had made a note that I might use a check, confirmed price, including tax... and did NOT push further services. Service man is extremely pleasant, worked fast. You can't get any better than that!!!!

When I scheduled the appointment with Royal Irrigation 2 weeks before, I had specifically asked them to come after 1:00 PM on the day of the appointment. The night before the appointment, they leave me a message saying that the technician will arrive between 11:30 and 1:00! It was a hassle to set the timing right. When the technician did come at 1:00, he was rather rude to my wife about being made to wait till 1:00, and had a bad attitude in general. The sprinkler system winterization took exactly 6 minutes, and he seems to have done a decent job. I felt that with his attitude and given the short time the project took, I did not get value for my money ($64 + tax). I will probably buy a pump and do it myself next time.
