Good service. A little expensive

They were really professional and did the job in decent amount of time.

Hired for simple winter shut-down. Discussed contract offered and purchased it -- open in spring, summer check & repair, & winter shut-down. Reasonably priced. Picked them over others because I wanted a small company that cares about customers and has control over what their technicians do. Amy is friendly, helpful and very nice to deal with. She reminded me of the appointment update & technician schedule. Put only four stars as I'm reserving other opinions until spring for return to open system and check if repairs need to be done. Hope to be satisfied again with their work.

Off to a good start. Very quick scheduling and the rep on the phone was very nice. Technician who came ultimately fixed the one issue, but was little to no help with the other existing issues. The tech was not solution oriented and finally when we agreed to additional work, he told me that he couldn't do the work today. In addition, one of the recommendations was to run a new power feed to an existing zone in which he quoted $500. I did the work myself after he left for $0! Seemed over priced and I was made to feel like a "stupid" homeowner who wouldn't understand the scope of the work. Not appreciated.

Ed called before I had exit the Web. Carlo came the next day,turn the system on and walk the property.He made some adjustments with the system. After completion, he went over the bill (very pleased). They are Honest.Experience professionals for CLIENT SATISFACTION.
