Hammerhead General Contracting

Keith never completed the work. They day I paid him, his current project kept him later than expected. He planned to complete our small project once he returned to finish his other project on our same block. I called several times to try and get Keith to return and finish this small project, which at first he said he would. He never did. I called several times and finally just started requesting my $50 back. He stopped taking my calls and never returned my voicemails. Now I understand my project was a very small project. But what's most concerning is the lack of professionalism Keith displayed. He never completed the work. Stopped taking my calls. And worst, never returned the $50. If he did this to me, just imagine what customer service you would get on a larger more important project.

Shed was at least a month late on delivery. The shed was delivered with the overhead door at the wrong end. Contractor work is average at best. 25 % of the nails missed the mark not hitting studs and rafters. He did not use top cap singles on roof but used architectural shingles cut from the shingles used on the roof. This made a very sloppy Job with a lot of loose ends. This contractor never returns calls or e- mails. I was told that he was coming to fix the problem with the door being at the incorrect end for the last two days and he did not show up or even call. Please do not use this contractor, he is not trustworthy. He talked a good job but does not deliver. As of 7/18/2015 I am going to send the contractor a registered letter which he will have 10 days to respond to. The license is no longer active. It was granted on 11/19/2007 and expired on 12/31/2013
