Crew arrived at promised time. Service and clean up was effecient. Immediate temperature diffence was noticed in house.

Metro NY Insulation were completely professional from the owners to the installers. They responded right away to any questions that came up. Zeke and Keith were terrific and did great work. They cleaned up the job site too. I would recommend Metro NY Insulators highly. We are looking forward to a much warmer winter inside.

Awesome service. Howard and his crew actually showed up a day early which is unheard of (it was an outside job that didn't need us to be there)!!! He also came in on the lower side of his price range which is also rarely heard of. I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend NY Metro Insulation to anyone and everyone.

Came in, filled the walls, repaired them, cleaned up. Did the contract by pictures and measurements and email - didn't have to waste a day waiting for a visit.

The whole experience was painless!!! Howard was very professional, friendly, abd knowledgeable. His team was wonderful. They were also very professional, friendly and extremely hard working.Our project involved insulating the attic on the third floor of a Victorian home that had no insulation at all (on 2 of the hottest days). They finished on time, and totally cleaned up. All I had to do was clean up some of the dust 2 days after the insulation had settled- which was what was expected. The great thing- the difference in temperature is amazing!!!!! Should have done it years ago!

We will need to wait until winter to see if the service works. However, we were very disappointed that the workers left terrible dirt / mess behind, did not insulate the room from dust that was generated as a result of drilling / puffing the cellulose into the walls. Also, the driveway was left with dirt on it as well (nails and cellulose). After the work was completed, we had to check and realized that some areas were omitted, so we had to "restart" the project to make sure everything was done per our agreement.

They are really good and professional. When I have question, they always give me the answer.

The crew arrived on-time on both days and completed the job as promised. They did an excellent job making sure that the blown in insulation covered 100% of the walls. The house is no longer drafty specially on those windy days. Can't wait till next winter to see how low our energy bill is! This is a great investment that will payback by itself over time. The crew did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed.

We hired Metro to insulate our attic crawl space. They left piles of insulation in 3 places on our property. At first Howard objected to cleaning things up say it's normal, it will degrade, it's not toxic, the contract allows for debris, etc. He didn't even come by! We sent pictures, then he sent someone by, and they cleaned up the wrong area. This was not just a light dusting. In some places it was a couple of inches deep, covering wide areas. The work was done over a month ago, and there's still lots of insulation on the ground. This should not have happened, and it should have been managed much more professionally.

Howard and his crew are AMAZING. They are all hardworking, informative, knowledgeable and accomodating from start to finish. He even UNDERSELLS his products...if you don't need something done, he tells you so instead of having you waste your money on things you THINK you need, but really don't. You hear people talk about how much 'savings' you'll see in your energy bill and think to yourself, that's just sales talk. Well I for one am sold -- we're shocked how much warmer our house has been without having to turn the heat up AND as bonus we live near Teterboro and barely hear the planes anymore. HIRE THIS GUY!!!!

They returned all my calls. Explained the process and answered all my questions. Arrived and completed the job on time. They even gave me a removable attic access cover (Corning) for free! I would hire them again. TN

Everyone connected with Metro NY Insulation has been trained to give exceptional customer service and they all do their jobs very well. I am more than satisfied with thier work. I can't tell you which facet of the job impressed me the most, the fast response to my request, the assessment of the building and what my needs , the extreme personal attension or the politmess of the workers and the timely manner in which the job was done. These were all more expected. When people come in the house they all pause and say "Wow, what did you do?" The house is so cozy now. I can't say enough about how it has changed my family's living condition
