Not well. Did not have a good experience with this company. I would not use them again. Ever.

In the beginning I added additional equipment and they wouldn't install it where I wanted it in a spot that made sense. Instead they installed it in a spot that didn't make sense. 

I told them I had security problems and it meant a lot to me to have a tech; for the first year they included it to me and when they renewed me without the tech. I didn't know they took it away until I needed assistance and they and wanted to charge me per hour. I felt this was wrong because I should have renewed with the same deal I had before.  When my problems started after the first of the year I just felt I was being pushed into things I didn't want. 

It seems that the backup cellular I bought from them is missing. I have called them numerous times in the last few months; all I asked them for was the bill so I can give it to my insurance company. And then today they have hung up on me for times today. I tell them who I am and they hang up. Just too many things have happened to me in working with them and I have left the company.

I have finally contacted them and in order to get the bill from them I will have to get a lawyer; they claim that my account is closed and they cannot get access my bill without a letter from a lawyer.

We used them to install and service alram systems, including fire alarms, in our prior house and in our current hous.. They have always been prompt and professional in servicing our system on a yearly basis and on responding to specific problems. We would recommend them. They also service the house alarm system for our son who lives nearby.

Always good follow up and nice to work with.

We first had the company come out for an estimate in December of 2010. The VP of the company came out himself to do the walk through. He emailed a detailed proposal within a few days. We held off on installing the system and contacted them again in March 2011 to contract them to do the work. At this time, they came out to finalize all of the details and schedule the installation. The installation was done in one day by one technician. They installed the security system and fire detectors. The technician was extremely professional, arrived on time and gave me a tutorial on how to work the system before he left. Overall, we have had a positive experience with the company and everyone who we have been in contact with, including the salesman, installer and billing department. A few additional notes on our experience with the company: *They used whatever they could from our exsisting system to stay within our budget without compromising the system. *They have both fire and carbon monoxide detector options, we can add the carbon monoxide down the road. *Their monitoring pricing is very reasonable. *They provided a security certificate for our homeowner's insurance without us having to request it. *The technician took all of the garbage with him. *We were assured that they recycle absolutely everything they can. *They replaced all of the batteries in any of the existing sensors.
