Description of Work: They were not able to identify the problem. After visits from Brown's and 2 from Perri, we were told we either needed duct work or a new heating system. The problem was actually the blower in the crawl space. The correct diagnosis was made by Ribot Mechanical at a cost to us of $85.00. Brown's is good with routine things, but not qualified for unique problems. Would rather have had an honest answer of "I don't know" than a recommendation for a new heating system.

Description of Work: I contacted them for a leak in my HVAC system. They were prompt returning my call and very up front regarding the emergency house visit cost v. a regular house call cost. I scheduled an appointment with them but was able to get someone else to my home the same day to make the repair. I would not hesitate to call them again for an estimate or to schedule work.
