Drew Harps Lawn Sprinklers

When I first hired this company, Shawn came out, gave me an estimate and I agreed which he installed thereafter. I called him twice, not long after on sprinkler heads malfunctioning or needing adjustments but he was not responsive thereafter. I did not know what to do so I had to search the company phone# which I communicated to Joes wife Joe then came out himself and saw where the adjustments were needed as well as added 2-3 more heads to my lawn still required. Now come to 2023, installed in 2021, and am getting no more responses from either Joe or his wife (spoke with his wife once, and another person took a message and Joe's text response was & who is this? When he had my number from previous years service calls. All I need are sprinkler head adjustments as they are shooting water on parked cars and sidewalks where neighbors walk by while walking children and/or dogs. I am a General Contractor myself and pride myself on customer service! I even tried just moving on from them so that I can just get my sprinklers adjusted but it is a busy season and hard to find an irrigation company just to come service sprinklers when they were not the ones that installed them, to begin with. I honestly can not remember the last time I wrote a review but I have no choice but to take it to this level in hopes to get the attention warranted from this company. I will then follow up with another review if they do contact me post-repairs. As I said, I pride myself in customer service and make myself accountable where I m at fault. Hopefully, this review will be what I needed to do to catch their attention.

They were very good, came out timely and performed good work. Only issue is one of the sprinkler heads isn’t functioning, so they need to come back out. I do appreciate that they have been communicating with me almost daily so I fell like a valued customer

I gave the tech a check for the service. He said I would receive an email with the payment, which I never did. A week later, I received an invoice wanting payment. I called customer service several times, and their system indicated that no payment had been received. I called on Monday, and the rep said she had to do research and speak to the tech. She also said she would call me back within 24 hours, which she never did. Three days later, no call back. issue is still unresolved.

One of the best experiences with a contractor I've ever had! Joe, the owner, was so personable and professional, taking the time to show me how to work the sprinkler application on my phone and giving me all sorts of tips on the settings. His crew were on time, quick, efficient, and did a wonderful job with cleanup. I would highly recommend Drew-Harp's services!!

They set up sprinkler systems, one zone waters my patio instead of the flower bed. I called 3 times, but they never called me back. I called today and the voice mailbox is full. I do not know what to do.

Quick service and reasonably priced. The company responded to my inquiry quickly. We set up an appointment so he could walk my property to determine the right setup. I had my sprinklers installed within a week from that initial appointment. I needed some adjustments to a few areas of the system and the company again, responded quickly and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work.
