A small section of our basement flooded and I was quoted $1500 by 911 Restoration's representative, (I believe his name was Damian Stewart), and told there would be no cost to me if insurance paid. When they realized insurance would pay, they more than doubled the cost of the work and are chasing me for more money. The work claimed was supported by photos that had nothing to do with the flood. They said they moved a freezer and showed a picture of the bottom of the stairs with old discoloration. They were done in less than an hour. They did run drying machines at a cost to us for electricity. This company is a scam. They never negotiated the increase in price as stipulated in the service agreement. They are a scam and I do not recommend them at all. Beware of what you sign.

David came a few days before to see the basement, gave me an estimate. He was very professional and helpful, answered all my questions. His crew came on the date we agreed on and the work was well done. Took the smell in my basement out.
