Took a chance on Platinum Hardwood Floors as they had no reviews and were a new company. Very happy we did. They were very courteous, answered all our questions and were less expensive than the other quotes we were given to refinish our nearly 500 square feet of wood flooring. Most of all, we are very happy with the quality of their work. Our nearly 25-year-old floors truly look brand new.

Rodrigo and crew did an excellent job from beginning to end. Great communication via phone, email and Text. Fast response, free quote that was very reasonable and provided me plenty of options to customize what I needed to stay on budget. Stain and Poly main floor and stairs. Kept dust to absolute minimum. I left key code and they worked unattended to my specification locking up and leaving bill. I will recommend to my friends.

We had Platinum Floors sand and poly our old oak floors in Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. They completed the work in 1.5 days. They offered good advice on color & finish, protected for dust & dirt, carefully handled our furniture, and were friendly and efficient. Very experienced and knowledgeable. Real professionals. We were very happy with the results.

Very professional. Did an amazing job for a reasonable price. Removed carpet and even took the carpet with them. Did not leave any garbage behind. Turned an old floor to a nice looking hardwood floors
