These guys are the best. We highly recommend them. On time, very accommodating, picked up our product, installed in record time, every piece of flooring perfectly measured and installed, always cleaned after themselves. Cannot say enough good things about them. Hire them. They are the best.

We had our vinyl plank flooring installed two days ago, and I am just in love! Everything about our experience from start to finish was excellent. We had other estimates that were way higher but also made the experience stressful by being pushy. Not with Kaique! He made the experience enjoyable. He was not pushy! He was well-informed about the products and gave us a very fair price. My husband was not happy to spend this money, but as soon as Kaique left, my husband looked at me and smiled… And said go for it babe. We are so unbelievably happy we did! My floors are beautiful!! We will be having them back for other products in the future! Very highly recommend!!

Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Rodrigo was out at my house the day after I called for an estimate. And working a couple days later. He was responsive and was giving his professional opinion to ease the process. Extremely professional all around and the quality of work for the fair price is unbelievable. Do not look further than Platinum to get hardwood floor work done.

Rodrigo did an excellent job refinishing our hardwood floors and stairs. He got back to me the same day that I requested a pro on Home Advisor. He came to do an estimate the very next morning, and the next week, it was done! So fast! When I walked in to see the finished job, I was amazed. Not a speck of dust anywhere. I apologize for the delay of this review. I actually thought I did one the same day they did the work. First of all, Rodrigo's personality and knowledge of his refinishing hardwood floors is amazing. I had received 5 different estimates with service breakdown and Platinum won all around. My floors are awesome!

Rodrigo is very knowledgable and was extremely attentive to us. Came right away to give us an estimate and was able to start on my desired date which enabled me to stay within my home renovation timeline. Floors came out excellent and look amazing. Price was extremely fair and definitely worth every penny.

Rodrigo was an amazing communicator. When I was unsure about a stain color, he brought 3 possiblities (based on my tentative choice and what he thought would look good with other existing woodwork in the area) and let me choose. He and his team worked quickly and were very respectful. I will definitely hire them again for future work!
