Rodrigo was an absolute pleasure to work with. His communications were prompt and responsive. We had to reschedule the site visit multiple times due to the weather. He came out to the house, asked numerous questions to get a better understanding of our goals. Once we settled on a finish, he sent us an estimate the same day. It was competitive and fair. He wrapped up the job in two days (1070 sq ft) and the outcome was spectacular. The floors look absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Rodrigo - we could not be happier with the entire experience.

Rodrigo and his team came on time, worked efficiently and delivered an amazing final product to sand and refurbish 7 rooms with wooden floors in our home. He talked us through the whole project from start to finish, the game plan for each day. He was professional, and oooking forward in hiring him for a future project if one comes up.

Amazing Service! Rodrigo and his team are awesome professionals. First he was beyond honest as we discussed refinishing the damage floor, the entire floor or replace it. He easily could have said replace it but he recommended just refinishing it as replacing was not needed, so out the gate I very much appreciated the honesty and cost savings. I was in a time crunch and he changed his schedule to accommodate my short suspense request, which was again greatly helpful. He showed up on time and offloaded their equipment immediately and jumped right into it as a two man team. They worked diligently, with speed and actually completed the project much earlier than I thought but with excellent accuracy and better than what I expected. Halfway through he came and got me to also inspect the progress, and it was perfect. There was no cleanup needed, they took care of everything, it was dustless, and I had a floor that looked like what the builder put in 21 years ago. I can’t say enough great things, this is my mother’s home in an adult community and I know when she comes back from the hospital that she will be BEYOND HAPPY AND LOVE the work that was done. Happy Mom is a great thing and I thank Rodrigo and Platinum Hardware Floors for doing that for us. I recommend his work to all. Five stars all the way! Thanks brother!

Platinum Hardwood Floors are the absolute best in the business. Rodrigo was professional, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable. We had to have Platinum redo what a contractor we had previously ruined. They did an amazing job, and it was for nearly the exact same price. When obtaining estimates to have your hardwood floors refinished; don't hire the low bid or the high, just call these guys.

It can be overwhelming looking for help to redo floors. These guys are awesome. They not only helped our family restore 50 year old floors, they made them look as if they are brand new. They were honest, they worked hard, and they truly were a pleasure to work with from beginning to the end. They even came back to touch up floors after we moved back in.
