Platinum Hardwood Floors did an amazing job refinishing the floors in my home! They are a top notch company with great customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bonus you will not find anyone that will beat their price!

Well the only thing I can say is AMAZING. I had carpet over my hardwood floor. I had the carpet removed and found the hardwood floor was in horrible shape. There were sections that the flooring was missing. In addition the floor was badly stained with, pet stains water damage, and smears of white paint over most of the floor. Rodrigo Silveira and Rodrigo Miranda were very professional. They explained the refinshing process completely and I had no doubt as to how the final project would turn out. The floors look great. In this day and age it is hard to find people who take pride in their work. I would hire them again and would recommend them to all.

Platinum Hardwood Floors did an amazing job refinishing the wooden floors in a house I just bought. They refinished the floors of the dining, living room, 3 bedrooms and 12 steps. I had asked for a natural wood finish with a semi-gloss and they did exactly just that!! The best part is that they use a dustless system and was able to finish the project in TWO days!!!! Rodrigo came out at the time he specified to provide me with an estimate on installing premium vinyl laminate flooring throughout my first floor, the job was about 500 square feet. The job wasn't large and most contractors at the Jersey Shore shy away from the smaller jobs but not Rodrigo. He treated my job like it was a larger job ,since this is a summer home and not lived in all year long, Rodrigo worked around our schedule and came to the house on the date and time promised. His work was IMPECCABLE, I HIGHLY recommend Platinum Hardwood Flooring.

Great job refinishing scratched wood flooring. Rodrigo came with two other workers. They were fast, efficient and the end result was beautiful wood floors. I would hire them again in a minute.

I hired Rodrigo and a co-worker to do the wood refinishing work at my home and surprised with the professionalism, quality and cleanliness of these guys and the beautiful work they completed in my home. Rodrigo explained all refinishing options clearly and laid out all the different stain colors for my hardwood floors. Every stain that had culminated over the years from spills on my removed rug were all removed. Can't believe these beautiful red oak floors were hiding under this rug. Rodrigo made the floor look like it had just been laid! I shopped around and his price was more than half what other companies quoted! Rodrigo even did my stairs and into my closets and the cost was still cheaper than quotes just for my floor! If I could give award 7 stars to Platinum, I would! Rodrigo and his team did a fantastic job refinishing my floors which had been damaged by a tenants pet, leaving unsightly stains. They were able to get them out to my relief. Also they installed a new floor in one bedroom which matched the rest of the House seamlessly! Not only was their price fair, they take ownership and pride in their work. We experienced some curing problems with the tung oil finish in 2 of the bedrooms, and without hesitation, they came back and cheerfully corrected the problem. Not only that, Rodrigo wasn’t happy with another area of the house they refinished and redid it also, even though I was ok with it at the time. I can’t say enough great things about these guys!!

These guys did a great job, when we pulled up the carpet the night before they arrived we found some water damage. They were able to repair the floors before they refinished them and did a really fantastic job. We ended up asking them to come apply a 3rd coat of poly (we have small children) and they came out 2 days later. Fabulous work, would definitely recommend. We will rehire these guys when we refinish our hardwoods upstairs.

I hired them to do the wood refinishing work at my home and surprised with the quality and cleanliness these guys have done the work. Reliable, dependable, courteous, and professional. PHF removed old carpeting from my 60+ year old dining room to reveal a gorgeous, old hardwood floor. The company brought life to the floor and it is amazingly gorgeous! The installers were very detailed and they cleaned up after themselves, leaving no sign of the work they had just completed. I have a foyer and stairs that need to be done next and I will certainly call upon this company to return. If you need a hardwood floor specialist, this is the company to call. The situation the guys from Platinum came into was a tough one. I had a contractor mess up an install and refinish project. So I had very little tolerance for issues. They were extremely neat and professional. They arrived on time and were in constant communication. They dealt with my skeptic nature after the botched job prior well. We had an issue with the final coat of poly due to contamination. They came out and fixed it immediately. As a new small company, they exemplify what hard work and professionalism is. We are so glad we hired Platinum Hardwood Floors!!! We contracted Rodrigo and his team to sand, stain and finish over 1000 sq ft of flooring in our home and additionally install 400 sq ft of unfinished flooring, stain and finish to match our other floors. Rodrigo called me almost immediately after I finished looking on Home Advisor and set up an appointment to give us a free estimate. His estimate was well below other prices we had been given and after reading all of the great reviews, we decided to go with Platinum. They scheduled the work for the following week and were scheduled to complete the entire job in two days. They came through on their promise even doing some additional work that we hadn't discussed. Their system is truly 99% dustless and they made every attempt to keep the house as clean as possible. We couldn't be happier with the results. Our 10 year old floors that were punished by a 90 lb dog look like new again and the new floors that they installed match perfectly. We would recommend Platinum to anyone. Thanks Rodrigo!

Theses guys were great. They didn't even mind my 2 dogs and 1 cat running around and getting in the way. The did a beautiful job and were very neat and clean. The floors look amazing. I highly recommend them.
