Eddie was on time, courteous, and kind. He came to get rid of a yellow jackets' nest on an emergency call as I had family here from Florida. He came at 8am and was done in 5 minutes -- all gone! I was so happy that I called the Sunday after b/c I couldn't get rid of the little ants I had been battling all year. I haven't seen one since! BTW, I emailed him on a Sunday for Monday morning, but he called me right back! Both times, he charged me a lot less than the estimate which was fair to begin with. Great job, very nice person. Always happy to find someone who is experienced and good at what they do. Would hire him again in a second.

Eddie Taylor was very honest and gave me great tips to keep ants, stink bugs, rodents, away from my home. Also gave me tips on keeping bears out of the garbage cans. Eddie made me feel like I've known him all my life. Great experience. Joanne

The response to my request was immediate, service was comprehensive, he did need to refer me to to a wildlife expert due to it being something he could not do, but Eddie followed up to make sure everything was done. Eddie was excellent in everything he did and has the best customer service. I appreciate the services he provided me and will not hesitate to use again
