Excellent price with quality water heater, work was accomplished on date agreed upon. Would use again in the future.

The actual work (replacing a standard residential gas water heater) went very well. The two man crew was an hour late arriving. Overall I was satisfied.

My hot water heater began leaking when I got up at 5:30 a.m. I put in a request through servicemagic at 5:45 and Fallows Plumbing called at 6:30 a.m. Fallows arrived at @ 9:00 and the job was completed by 10:30. Reasonable price, very professional, cleaned up everything when they were done. HIghly recommend.

Very responsive. What he charged was reprehensible. $320 for 50 minutes of service and $70 for 2 parts that would run approximately $35 at Home Depot. The worker had me make the check out directly to him, not to W.C. Fallows Plumbing Services. BEWARE OF GAUGING BY THIS CONTRACTOR. WOULD NEVER USE AGAON NOR RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

Our hot water heater died on a very rainy Friday. I called WC Fallows and he gave a no hassle quote over the phone, which I loved because I hate asking all that stuff. I shopped two other plumbers and he was at least $200.00 less than everyone else. Bill told me he would get a hold of his guys and call me back with a time frame. He called me back in about a half hour to tell me that the guys would be there at noon. They showed on time and were so efficient, clean, neat and polite. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !!!
