Though the job was done in a timely fashion everything else was horrible. first they cut a large hole in my finished wall but still ran the pipe on the outside of the wall. When I complained about this they did come back and put the pipe in the wall but to do so they made the hole even bigger and did it in such a way that it can't be easily fixed. If that wasn't bad enough two days after the install the washer box connection sprung a leak and ruined an entire wall of drywall and insulation, it then two more days to get the leaked fixed which they freely admitted was their fault and would fix the drywall and insulation, which they never did.
