I haven't moved yet; I'll let you know when I use them.

Their truck and main crew was already scheduled for a job of the day, but they hired a truck and assembled a crew to move for us. As a result, it is not '3 men with a truck', but '2 men and a woman (the owner herself) with a truck'. They did the best they could, and there was no issue with moving. However, because of shortage of man-hand, moving time was stretched from the estimated 5-6 hours to 8 hours. I'm not sure if I'd use them again, but if I ever want to consider them, I'd make sure that they are sending their regular crew of 3 men or charge me accordingly.

The movers turned up on time, they were fast working and professional. Furniture was expertly wrapped and protected, nothing damaged or scratched. Couldn't be happier.

Move went without issues. When in doubt they asked questions and they seemed genuinely concerned about creating a stress free move. No complaints.

Roger, the owner, was excellent to work with as he had outstanding follow up. They did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Two-man crew, proper for this job, handled all the furniture carefully, including wall units with glass doors and glass shelves. Were happy to move furniture around a little in the new place to make sure I was satisfied, and leveled it temporarily with cardboard shims, as well as the carpeting allowed. Gave good advice on placement, and discovered frayed wiring in wall unit that I hadn't suspected. Punctual and efficient. On time, and cost less than estimate, because they were efficient and travel time was trivial. Under was good, because payment was cash only, which was fully disclosed up front. (Price named above does not include cash tips, which were well earned for quality and courtesy.) I was in frequent contact with the owner by e-mail as the details, mostly on my end, fell into place.

I was very happy with my experience with Phoenix Movers. They showed up onetime for the estimate. They offered a very reasonable rate and were extremely accommodating. I was scheduled to have a few hours between closings. Diana, the owner, was great. She was not going to charge me for holding time. I was able to move one of the closings up so there wouldn't be a gap in time between houses. Diana was able to accommodate the change no problem. The move went well. There was a minor incident which caused a ding in the wall. Diana was very responsive. She was apologetic and came to fix the wall very quickly. Diana was great to deal with. I am glad I used phoenix movers and would not hesitate to use them again.

Very well. Roger Sharma is the very personable owner of the firm and maintained strict , quality control over the move. Everything was done efficiently and safely and very punctually. They even fixed a bureau that was broken before they moved it.

Excellent experience with Phoenix Movers from the estimate visit to the final off-loading of the last item at the new location and final signature on the paper work. The staff and crew are dedicated and hardworking individuals committed to doing a good job and living up to their good reputation. Communication is upfront, thorough with no surprises to the consumer. Phoenix Movers are highly recommended.

It went very smoothly.

Loading the truck went OK. However when it was time to head out and drive to my new residence, their truck wouldn't start because it had run out of gas. From what I was able to glean from the foreman, the truck had a defective fuel gage which read erroneously high. The foreman made several phone calls to send for mechanical assistance, but to no avail. Finally, I volunteered to drive one of the men in my personal vehicle (my Corvette no less) to a Home Depot so that he could purchase a jerry can. From there I drove him to a gas station to purchase diesel fuel. Nearly two hours later, they put the fuel in the truck and got it going. Having no tools on board, they had to borrow a socket wrench from an electrician who just happened to be on site. The foreman did stop the clock so that I would not be charged for the lost time. However, it was the hottest day of the year so far and they did waste nearly two hours of my time before we got on our way. If I hadn't decided to save the day by chauffeuring one of them to a gas station, who knows how long the move would have taken. Common sense would dictate that you should top off the fuel tank each morning before you leave for the customer's residence- regardless of what the fuel gage says. I would recommend Roger and Phoenix Movers any day. They did a great job. Just make sure they have fuel in the truck.

First Roger came to do walk-thru and he was very nice and up front. Between that date and the move he was great to work with and the day of the move he sent 3 guys who did an AMAZING job moving us. They were very careful and moved fast. Also they were all very nice and helpful duirng the move. I was very happy with the service!!

Rodger responded to my message quickly. He was very polite and professional and it was easy to schedule a move day. The move day itself went very smoothly. Rodger and Danny are great guys. They are quick and careful. I had a lot of fragile items as well as an extremely heavy old TV set and pieces of a sectional. I highly recommend them.

I contacted Roger Sharma of Phoenix Movers for a local move and my overall experience has been great. Roger always returned my phone calls or emails promptly and he also accommodated our change in dates as our closing got delayed. On the day of the move, they arrived at the mentioned time and quickly started working. They wrapped all the furniture and mattresses and handled them really well. When they are done with the move they asked me to check if anything has to be rearranged also. I don't want to go through the hassle of moving again, but if I need to, I will definitely contact Phoenix Movers.

We learned about Phoenix through Angie's List, so we had high expectations. Boy, did they deliver. They were responsive, professional, careful, clean and conscientious. They are a true class act. They are also reasonably priced. Seriously-- these guys were excellent. We have used other local moving companies with disastrous results. Use these guys and you will never use anybody else again. And, no- we're not related to these guys, and we've never met them before last week. But, we will refer them to all of our friends.

I e-mailed owner of company. He and I discussed what I needed. He got back to me with a price. He then contacted the person to whom the item was being delivered. They firmed up arrangedments and it was done.

In a nutshell, we had one visit for an estimate, a second visit to drop off a few boxes for us, and a few back and forth email contacts between April and moving day. Throughout the period leading up to moving day we found Roger to be responsive, knowledgeable and professional. But it was on moving day that Roger and his crew really shone. We were very impressed with their combination of professional, trained moving skills, and their ability to be flexible. They were flexible with us in using our motley collection of pre-existing boxes. And they were flexible working with the Broadway driver who was supervising the loading, and was, shall we say, a little bit bossy. But the Phoenix crew did everything the Broadway driver asked, no grumbling, no slacking off. We were very impressed. Having had the corporate moving experience with a major carrier where we spent $20 to have a big box packed with a plastic pail and a plastic toy, the move with Phoenix and Broadway was a refreshing change. We indicated to Phoenix that we didn't feel the need to overpack (we don't really have anything fancy), and the Broadway driver's packing philosophy was one of jamming things in nooks and crannies to keep the load tight. When we arrived in NV, we were a little surprised to see some items that went as is, without being put into bigger boxes - but you know what - everything arrived intact. Maybe 2-3 boxes had sides crushed inwards, but contents weren't damaged. One of four shrink-wrapped mattresses the shrink wrap worked loose on one side but overall the mattress shrink wrapping worked great. We were also delighted to find that Phoenix billed fairly and precisely for both time and material. We've given a number of "A" reviews this past year - but this is the first time we're putting a service provider for Pages of Happiness. Thank you Roger and crew for making the single biggest contribution to our having a trouble-free cross-country move.
