Description of Work: we asked them to clean our upholstered chairs, in addition to the carpet for which we had called them. They did not say anything or explain why when the major stains on the chairs did not come out at all. We also felt that there was a similar problem with the carpet -- in sum, they did what they do but did not go out of their way to help us. It was months ago and I do not recall specifics but the overall sense was that it was nothing special.

Description of Work: we have no way to know whether they did a good job cleaning the carpets or not. they showed up on time to roll them up and take away. and they returned our rugs on time. no rips or tears --- how do you judge?
