Lowe's

There was a lot of debris I had to clean up after they left. Once the contractor arrived at the site the person in charge decided some extra work was needed. He stated it needed a new chimney and extra plywood. This made the price go up. I feel as though they should have had someone who knew what they were doing come before the project even started to see what needed to be done.

Went to Lowes in Hackensack on Saturday night to price/buy carpeting. As we entered two greeters at the door? No help in the carpet dept. several people looking for help, employee who showed up knew little about the dept. We left the dept after an hour without help. On the way out we picked up light bulbs and got in line. One register open plus the young man was also helping the self check out lanes where people were trying to pay. Still two greeters at the entrance and two employee's (security?) people standing at the exit directly behind the cashier, no one helped him. Very disappointing trip, numerous employee's doing things like stocking shelves, looking at catalog's, basically ignoring customers. Great way to increase business and repeat business at that store.

They did a bad job, they left debris all over my driveway.  When I contacted Lowe's about the issues I was having with a provider they sent out, they never did anything to correct it.

Pleasant way to shop for hardware and outdoor needs.

They have a wide variety and I think I did a price comparison. Generally the experience was fine; there was a little delay getting it here but part of it was due to me. I will use them again in the future.

Lowe's was great. They were here ten minutes early. They moved furniture for us really carefully in that room. They made sure everything looked great at the end of the job, and they were the nicest group of guys to talk to and work with. We really felt good about using them. I can't say we've used them for other stuff, but for their carpeting work, they are fantastic and we actually do intend to use them again in the near future.

I have to hand it to Lowe's for the carpeting job they did for us. They showed up about fifteen minutes early and got rid of the old junk that had been in that room. They also cleaned up the scraps and junk that had fallen off of the old carpeting they removed prior to putting down the new stuff, so I liked that a whole lot. A lot of companies probably would have just left the junk and debris there and figured they could cover it up with the new stuff and the customer wouldn't ever know the difference. I would absolutely use them again and I know I saved money using them compared to other companies in this area.

Needed a special order door for older home. Had ordered a different door from Home Depot but checked with Lowes for another selection. Found they had what we wanted and placed this order from them. Sales staff very helpful.

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM. THEY TOOK CARE OF THINGS AS IF IT WAS THEIR OWN HOME. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING WHEN THEY WERE DONE. IT WAS JUST A PERFECT JOB.
