The quality of work was excellent and it was an extreme pleasure working with them. They sanded and stained my bedroom and closet on floors that had been partially covered for at least 40 years. The job came out better than I anticipated it would. The floors look exceptional and we are completed happy with the work. Our friends and family are amazed at well the floors came out. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent work and service. The crew was very patient and gave the time to really examine the different stains. In the end I went with natural and scrapped the stains, very very glad. The floor looks beautiful like a brand new floor!

Not satisfied at all. We were told that after putting their laminate floors, we would not feel the slope, Guess what they were wrong.. Tried to explain this to them when they reached out to check on install, All I was told was I am sorry. No mention of trying to repair the issue. Of course not for the same amount of money, but they say customer service goes a long way, unfortunelly they had none. Thank you,

From day one be it Kyanah,Lou,Paul,,Bob and Jader it has just been a great experience. Not a speck of sawdust penetrated the other rooms which meant I didnâ t have to clean up after them. Very courteous service and felt like all of them were our friends . That was how at ease we felt . Also I wanted it done asap and they rose to the occasion. My maple wood floors were refinished by Floored at Home in May of 2022. Peter from this company did the refinishing. Peter came on time, answered all of my questions and was very organized, skilled and efficient. Peter was very respectful and professional. You can tell that he takes pride in his work. Peter had to replace two boards that had over the years split in half. Peter was so skilled that that he was able to match the new wood to where it was barely noticeable that the boards were recently installed.The floor turned out beautiful and looks brand new. I would recommend the company and plan to use them to do my stairs. Their pricing was very fair. The management and office staff were very responsive to my concerns, and questions. I want to thank Paul, Bob and Ryan for returning my calls and making themselves available. I was given written instructions on how to care for the floor and what products to use. Overall this is an excellent company

This is my review as a first time homebuyer. I reached out via Angi to get a free estimate for refinishing my hardwood oak floors to get a natural matte finish. This was my first time ever working with a contractor, let alone hiring one. Lou came in to take measurements and to provide a very thorough presentation on the flooring project. He provided details about the company, different types of floors and also the different types of finishes. Everything went great and I made my deposit a few days later. My closing ended up getting delayed by a month so I had to reschedule a couple times and Paul, my project manager, was very patient about it. Fast forward to 2/17 - the project started. Two flooring professionals came right on time and got started right away with pulling out runners from my stairs. No explanation of the initial process or anything. They just came in and started working, which I thought was odd but all good. not a big deal. They started sanding the floors and I noticed how great their vacuum system was because there was minimal dust. they came in at 8:30 AM and by 4:30 PM, 90% of the 2000 square-foot area was sanded. The floors looked great. An Issue I had though was that the workers left for the day with no notice. I didn?t even get a text/call about them being done. No update. I directly texted Paul and asked if they were done. The same happened the next two days. even when the whole project was done, they just left without any notice and without asking me if I had any concerns/questions about the floors. Again, I reached out directly to Paul to ask if they were done, which they were. On the second day when they started applying the first coat of poly, I asked Paul if anyone from the direct FlooredAtHome team would come and do a brief quality check but he told me no. I saw in another review but from 2020 that someone actually did come and inspect the floors during the project. his reasoning is that the two workers are extremely good so I have nothing to worry about. This being my first time, I can?t tell if the floors were refinished well or not. Quality assurance for the project is non-existent, which I personally was not a fan of. After leaving them alone until midday, I tried surfacing my first and only concern which was reciprocated with one of the workers looking annoyed, answered my question with ?thats just part of the process?, put his earbuds and went back to work. so on the last day of the project (2/19), I asked if the project was done, they said yes and they told me to contact Paul if I see any issues. I dont even know what to look for besides surface level issues so that wasnt rly helpful. I never heard from FlooredAtHome again until today (2/25) when I received a call to pay off the rest of the balance. overall, the floors came out exactly the way I wanted so I am happy and have 0 complaints about that. My biggest and only complaint is about the complete lack of communication and customer service during and post project. my floors came out great but i personally wouldn?t hire them again. i have friends who are buying homes and need floors refinished too, but they were also not fans of the lack of quality control that i was experiencing. BUT if this is how all home renovation projects are usually handled, then please ignore this review.

Lou and Paul, the representatives I dealt with from Florida at home were polite and professional. The service technicians that completed the job also were first rate. My floors were sanded and refinished in a timely manner and now look brand new and beautiful.
