Words cannot fully describe how pleased I am with Floored At Home. From the initial phone call through the completion of the project, every member I came into contact with was a true professional who knew every aspect of the job and profession. As an artist and perfectionist, I am a stickler for the little things, including even the most minute details. I recently purchased a historic property and needed to have my wood floors restored and refinished. So, it was extremely important that I find experienced wood flooring professionals who could not just tell me what they could do, but also take time to listen to what I wanted while educating me along the way. During my initial phone consultation and quote, Amr took the time to listen to me as I described the property, the wood floors, and what I wanted to achieve. During the in-home consult, Jason Daniello did not just come in to briefly look over the floors. He sat with me, listened to everything I had to say, answered all of my questions, and then took his time to walk through the entire house while he thoroughly and carefully inspected the floors. He had to have been there for 90 minutes to two hours. My trust in Floored At Home was earned that day. Robert Stys became the project manager once the project began moving forward. He was patient, always available, and accommodated all of my requests and/or answered all of my questions. He and his team, Zoltan, Alejandro, and Peter were incredible. I realize this review is a bit lengthy, but Floored At Home truly deserves it. I am not easy to please, and I have no complaints with Floored At Home. I absolutely love the final result. I didnâ t think to take pictures and my contractor has now covered the floors to keep them protected while he completes the last of his work. Maybe I can add pictures to this review in another week or so. Fingers crossed. In the meantime, if you are looking to have your floors refinished or restored, look no further. Floored At Home is the company to get the job done.

Moved all my furniture without any damage, cleaned up all the dust, sealed off all the other rooms, never made a move without asking me first, showed up on time every day and the owner was in constant contact with me several times a day over the 3 days of work asking how things were going. These gentlemen can work in my home any time. I was so pleased with the quality of their work, and my floors are beautiful!

One of the best customer service that I have had in a long time. Renaldo and his crew was very professional minimizing the dust level, and at cleaning up after themselves. Moreover, answer all my questions relating to the work. My floor looks exceptional. I highly recommend them.

Zoltan & Peter did an awesome job on my wood floors! I really didn't even want to walk on them. Now all of us including the dog must wear socks. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
