I got way too many quotes for this job and it was difficult to compare. Josh was great, he sat down with me, explained their cost and why they would be the right choice. I had hardwood floors put down in three rooms and one room refinished. They matched the floors to my existing floors very well. They also replaced a few strained boards in the refinished room. Did a great job, finished in about a week. I'm very happy with the quality of the work.

My only problem was that I had to make the calls to begin the work and to get the job completed. The service people were more than helpful and did everything to make the experience as painless and perfect as possible. I am very pleased with the finished product and would definitely recommend the company!

Paul quoted and corresponded through the process. Zoltan and crew did the work, which they did an excellent job matching adjacent wood floors. They also did a great job dealing with an issue that we had where two already finished rooms that had a vestibule in between with wood floor continuously running through all three areas, that at needed to be refinished and matched. Other companies that quoted us wanted to cut strips in between these three areas at the door transitions which I did not want to do, and they demanded to put these strips in and were frankly talking down to me about it expressing that they were the professionals. I am an interior designer and I know better. Paul helped to brainstorm on how to amend the situation by sanding strips into the two opposite rooms and refinished all of it to match. They did a great job under the circumstances and left the house clean.

Their explanation of what would be covered was not clear, and the initial finished work did not meet my expectation. But they did follow up with me, and came back and fixed everything to my satisfaction.

Used them to stain staircase and hand rails. Did a good job. Completed the project on time and kept the work area clean.

Floored at home helped us to refinish our hardwood floors. We were under an impression that they were damage beyond repair. These guys are wood gikes, that’s good. They also spent hours trying to get the right stain. We’re very pleased with our old floors.. They even replaced a landing to match the stairs and floors.
