Charlie is an honest peson. Helps you save money. He advised us to NOT replace some sections of the floor that does not need replacement. The price he quoted was the price we paid. No hidden fees. No additional costs. His team did a fantastic job. We refinished the second floor. Put in new hard wood on the first floor. Put down vinyl floor in basement. New laminates in attic. All floors came out beautifully. Job was completed on time and right on budget.

The carpets look amazing and the installation guys did a wonderful job. They were hardworking, polite and clean.

Charlie is a fantastic human being and working with him is like doing business with your own family. His pricing was transparent , he started work at a moments notice and gave us valuable suggestions to save money as we were on a budget. Charlie was responsive with order and installation. Turn around time for materials was on point, and job was taken care of in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services.

I hired Charles to redo the carpet in the family room. He gave me great advice as to pricing and types of carpets I could go with. Installation was flawless, the room looks like a million bucks.

I hired them to refinish the existing hard floor and new hard floor installation. Charlie and his crew are very polite, showed up as they promised and finished the jobs perfectly. He is communicative and always returned the call promptly. For every concern we have, he explained clearly and detailedly. Best contractor ever. I will definitely come back and recommend him to my friends.

The only suggestion I have is that they find a way to reduce off-gasing from carpeting I selected. Their service and quality of product was excellent.

Charile was a pleasure to deal with, very honest, upfront about my vinyl tile in the basement. introduced the vct ( commercial ) tile for my project. which worked out nice. didn't want to spend alot for a basement. the installers that came to do the job, were very courteous and professional, they did a great job !! happy i went with my instinct again. i would recommend Bella Casa Floors to anyone. and dont forget Janet in the store, she was a doll. thanks again !
