 + -1 moreCosta is phenomenal and a wonderful person. He is so responsive and is good at what he does. I have had trouble on a Friday night where I needed a document done over the weekend, he still answered the phone and helped me out. If I leave a message he is very responsive. When it came time for me to buy a new computer he came with me to the store to tell me what I needed, he then hooked up the computer for me. He also hooked up team viewer which means he hooked up his computer to mine from his house so he can fix the issue remotely. Costa is ethical, pleasant and talented in his industry. He has a newsletter he sends to his clients monthly giving tips and what software or updates you may want to consider.
Description of Work: Costa went to my husband's office because the file server crashed.

I thought Mr. Rodis was professional and the price reasonable. It was a pleasure to do business with him and I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

 + -1 moreCosta is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable about computer hardware and software. He is extremely pleasant with whom to conduct business. He is reliable, prompt answers all of my stupid questions (and not in a condescending manner), and teaches me how to do some things myself to save me the cost of calling him. He is very responsive when I need him. He fixes my husband's computer, too, and my husband would agree with all that I have said above. Costa is a true professional, but he also is very congenial, so I don't feel like I'm dealing with a contractor, but rather a nice guy who helps me out whenever I need him to. I would highly recommend Costa to anyone.
Description of Work: Costa, (Bergen IT), has come to my rescue to fix my computer on several occasions. On his most recent visit to my house, Costa came over because my computer had been hacked He cleaned my computer of all the viruses that had wormed their way inside; he increased my security; deleted any programs that should not have been on my computer; and made it more difficult for anyone to try and hack into it again.

 + -1 moreI was having a problem with my computer crashing a running slowly. I called Bergen IT, I spoke to Costa, we made an appointment. He came to my house and diagnosed the problem as a virus. He ran some anti-virus software and restarted the computer and it was fine. I also had him install Windows 7 on this computer which he did. The computer has worked flawless, he even called me to make sure that everything was fine. I would recommend Bergen IT to anyone.
