Description of Work: Mr. Rodis provided to me extremely valuable guidance regarding how to deal with a laptop that failed and what the next steps should be. He provided prompt, courteous, authoritative, directive advice that enabled me to obtain an optimally functioning new computer and address whatever could be addressed with the old now defunct laptop. I have never, ever gotten better information from anyone and I was totally shocked that he did not ask for compensation!!!!!
