All went very well, top quality company.

The Salesperson was very helpful, he showed up on time, explained all our options, no pressure. The crew that installed also showed up on time, were very professional, knew what they were doing, left my house as clean as they found it, the new unit works very well. They couldn?t have been any nicer to work with. After calling around I thought the price was reasonable, wanted to use someone I could depend on.

Rich arrived promptly at scheduled time and got right to work. The old refrigerant was evacuated, a new filter/dryer was installed, and new refrigerant was installed and system tested. It turns out that there was air in the system that would have shortened compressor life. Everything was thoroughly explained during the process, and the system is good to go for another cooling season. All of this was at no charge to me, other than the original tune-up charge, which was quite reasonable for the work done.

The control board on the 15 yr old a/c in the house we just bought died and we decided to replacei the entire unit to a high efficeincy one. Contacted Air Professionals, since they had done a great job in replacing the hvac systems in our previous house. They sent some one over the same day to give us an estimate. Scott, the sales guy, went over our options (including replacing the 15yr old furnace as well). He then measured the rooms and windows and went back to the office to calculate the proper sizing of the new system. Scott came back a couple of days later and went over the pricing and options. No high pressure or upsellling. We selected the high effficiency ac and furnace and scheduled the install for the following week. Install team showed up on time at 8am and were done by 4pm. They cleaned up after they were done and explained the new system thorughly.. Highly recommend this company as I 've used them over the past 12 yrs.

Air Professionals originally replaced our heating and cooling systems a few years ago, and since then have been coming out to maintain our systems before each heating and cooling system. Their office staff was courteous and accommodating in setting up an appointment time for my limited schedule. After the appointment was made, they called the day before to confirm the time. We received a phone call from the service technician the next day saying he was on his way, which was within the two hour window that the appointment was made for. Our service tech Travis arrived on time and went to work on our furnaces, checking out the systems and verifying all was well. The humidifiers were also serviced and the plates were replaced. Travis ended up finding a problem with one of our furnaces, which turned out to be a manufacturing defect. A plastic drain pan had developed cracks, which could leak over time. He immediately let us know of the problem and said that he wanted to replace the pans on both units. Everything including labor was covered under warranty. He was immediately on the phone ordering parts and setting up a new appointment time to have the furnaces repaired. We anticipate a satisfactory and quick replacement of the parts and will be good to go for another heating season. Thanks to the office and technical staff at Air Professionals for their great service.

Bree was very friendly and helpful when she answered the phone. She was able to schedule us for the day and time we wanted so I didn't have to take too much time off work for the appointment. Michael was on-time and got right to work when he got there. He didn't seem rushed, he took his time and answered all our questions. We're not first-time homeowners but this is the first time we've lived with central air conditioning so we had several questions, especially regarding maintenance. We will absolutely be contacting the company again when it's time to check the heating system.

Everyone we dealt with from the salesman to customer service were professional, friendly and helpful. The installers arrived on time in the morning and had the new system up and running by 4:30 in the afternoon. Before they left they took the time to thoroughly explain how to operate all components of the system. We really like the new Carrier units and will continue to use Air Professionals for yearly maintenance as well as anything else we might need.. They are a great company and we highly them to everyone.

Air professionals has always been great to me. They are accommodating and will really do their best to fit you in. They do have a minimum work time, but their prices still beat all the other companies I have used in the past!!!! All their techs have been so professional and knowledgeable. I will never use another company. I have gotten a few different techs and they have all been soooo WONDERFUL!

It went great. They were able to get a technician to our house within hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem which was a burned out dual run capacitor and a bad contacter. So, those two parts had to be replaced. The unit is now blowing cold air again. This was my second time using them, and I have been satisfied both times. They are very accommodating regarding scheduling appointments, and their technicians are honest and knowledgable. Their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

The employees with Air Professionals, LLC are very professional. We purchased both a new air conditioning system and a new furnace from them. We were very pleased with the sales rep that came out and helped us select the right units that were going to work in our home, as opposed to just trying to sell us something expensive. The service worker are knowledgeable. They take whatever time is required to answer questions. They're not rushing out the door to get to the next customer, like a lot of places are. Air Professionals calls to let you know when they're coming. I've been very pleased with the quality of the service that's been provided.

I liked all of them, from the sales guy to the person on the phone to the installer. The sales guy was no pressure, and he gave me a good price. I got another company that came and gave me a high price, and he was also rude, while this guy told me to send him my gas and electric bills, and he would then tell me what I need. He didn't try to sell me the highest unit, he told me that he could sell it to me, but I would not even get 98% efficiency. Everything he said made sense. He showed it to me, he broke it down, and he educated me. He told me that the 98% efficiency was electric, and that is more than gas, and so he explained that what I thought I would be saving, would be coming out of another path. He was just brilliant. He then showed me what I was going to save and it was realistic. He just told me that they have a great product, and if I want it, I can have it, he was no pressure, and we called him. The other guy was hard selling. This guy also told us that we didn't need to change our humidifier, and they could incorporate it with the new system. He was great. He was honest, he could have sold me everything, and I wouldn't have known. I thought the pricing wasn't low, but it wasn't high either, it was in the middle. I did buy their warranty, because I think it is smart, and they come out every year and service it for a fee, but if you quit it is fine. You are not tied down to it.

So easy from start to finish. I got 3 separate estimates for the service. Air professionals not only gave me the best price (inclusive of an angies list discount) but also had the most friendly, informative salesman (Scott). Going into the process I knew literally nothing about central air (only had been in my house for a year at the time the a/c went). By the time I got my new unit, I was confident I was getting the right product for the right price. Additionally, the install went great and they did all the leg-work for the permits. All I had to do was schedule an appt to have the town come out and inspect the job after it was complete. Passed without issue. Air professionals will be at the top of my list for any HVAC issues going forward. Very happy.

We thought that they were absolutely phenomenal. They did not overcharge and they were very explanatory. They changed only what was needed checked everything very thoroughly and they explained everything they were doing and how they were doing it. They allowed my husband to oversee what they were doing. They were very reliable, honest, professional, very thorough and high quality work.

Air Professional were able to get us in on the same day , even though it was a heavy heat and humidity day. The service tech was reasonably on time and went straight to work . .The tech advised me to change the air filter (manufacture claim of 90 days) more often during the summer months since they tend to work harder and clog more often. He worked quickly and efficiently . Afterwards he asked me to turn on teh A/C unit waited until the A/C unit cycled through to make sure

Called on Monday evening. Recieved a call back within 10 minutes. Came the next day and fixed the AC. Very Professional and courteous. Would Highly recommend! I will use again! for sure!

My furnace in the basement was leaking water. I have forced hot air and AC system. Turns out my filter was so badly clogged the system was working too hard and the coils were freezing over. I recently had all my air ducts cleaned which clogged up my filter. I should of changed the filter. He also inspected the unit we have outside which is quite old. It needed some wires replaced so that was taken care of too. The guy did a good job in explaining everything he did specifically and also giving me general info about my system. Making the appointment on the phone was also very easy. I left a message and they called me back promptly. I will definitely use them again. Also found out that a friend of mine uses them and also thinks they are great. She had them install new central air systems in her current and previous home.

Andrew was great! Worked quickly and efficiently and was able to replace the blower motor the same day. Diagnosing and fixing the problem took 2hrs. I use them for seasonal maintenance too and the whole staff knows their stuff. Their prices are good especially for the quality of work done. I know I can trust them for a great job at the right price. They also wear booties and are very clean.

Job went well. Technicians kept me informed. They were very neat and cleaned up after job completion..

The technicians arrived on time. They were neat, clean, very professional, went about their job, talked us through what they were doing and gave us a full list of options with no pressure whatsoever on us to choose a particular option. They gave us their professional opinion and left it to us to make the choice, leaving us with written estimates for repairs and for replacement of the unit. We had them do a quick fix to tide us over the weekend (this was on a Friday) so we could make a decision over the next day or two and set up the repair/replacement at the beginning of the week. It didn't take us long to make the decision to replace the entire unit. We called & scheduled the work for Monday and they came on time and completed the work for the agreed upon price. They had to reroute the water pipe along our basement ceiling and insulated the water line, which had been part of the problem as the builder's HVAC subcontractor did not install the water line level. The work was completed the same day, all material was cleaned up & the old unit was taken away. We have had no problems with our A/C since then.

After our heating stopped working for the third time (despite "repairs" from the public utility company) we called Air Professionals based on all of the positive reviews on this site. Well, those reviews were spot on. We could not be more pleased with the quality of their service, their punctuality, and professionalism. We called and Scott was at our house within hours, spending hours explaining what was wrong and how to fix it. He did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. They were able to replace the furnace the next day - and right before the snowstorm! They even came back a couple days at no charge when there was a small problem and fixed it right away. The heat has been working great ever since. We will definitely use them again. Thank you!

Three men came to the house on time. They were courteous and efficient and the job was finished by 4:00. The furnace works great! Now that its 10 degrees at night I feel secure knowing I have a good furnace and would use Air Professionals again. A special thanks goes to Sandy for helping me that day when I was freaking out about that other contract.
