We just had our carpet installed yesterday and we LOVE it! We couldn't be happier with the colors and quality! The installers were on-time and very professional. We were very happy with the level of service provided from Sue and the installers. We are tough to please and my husband did a lot of shopping around before we decided to go with Sue, but there is no doubt in our minds that we made the right decision. We were very happy and highly recommend Sue to anyone looking for carpet installation. Thanks, Sue!

Susan Gibbs was very helpful when she came to our house and brought with her many carpet samples for our review and selection. She promptly ordered our selections and provided installation two weeks from her original visit. Installers were prompt and courteous and cleaned up areas completely. We are pleased with the quality of the products and the professional installation.

Susan was very helpful, understood what I needed and offered great suggestions. I'm dealing with a difficult situation and she made the solution easy. Install went well and my tenants seem very happy. Would definitely use her services again.

I contacted Carpet Centers of NJ over the weekend and left a message. Sue called me back almost right away. I explained that a competitor had measured the room and we special ordered carpeting based on their measurements. The installer stated we didn't have enough carpet to finish the room. My husband called the company explained the situation, and they refused to take care of their own mistake. The installer told me that what was left of the carpet would not match as it was a patterned carpet. Long story short, Carpet Centers came out and low and behold, the installers not only matched the pattern, but it took less than an hour for them to match and install. The guys were extremely professional and very nice. Sue is amazing and a pleasure to talk with. We will be replacing our carpeting in our family room once our new puppy is completely house broken. Carpet Centers of NJ will be getting our business. Good customer service is hard to find these days; I found it with Sue!

I couldn't be happier with our new carpeting. We found Carpet Centers of NJ through good reviews on Angie's List, and everyone was telling the truth. I met with Sue within a couple of days of reaching out to her, and when she came to our house with the samples, it was clear she knew what she was talking about. We had had "consultations" from two other carpet sellers/installers, and both left me...underwhelmed, to put it nicely. I told Sue want we were hoping to do: get some carpeting that would withstand a house with a dog and a new baby, but wouldn't break our budget. She gave me a great selections of options and prices, and wasn't pushy to go with a particular brand or style. And unlike the previous carpet companies, when she quoted her prices, they included rip-up and haul away of our old carpet, as well as the moving of all our furniture. There were no nasty surprises on the price or extras, and it was still the best deal we were offered! Once we decided on our style, she was able to have our choice brought to our house and ready to install a week later! The installers we polite, here on time (a little early, actually, but I'm not complaining!) and obviously well-practiced at there job. They were very respectful of our furniture and had the carpet installed in no time! If there was any draw-back, the only problem was that the carpet retailer forgot to send the carpet for our hallway. But Sue spoke to them right way, and within a couple of days, the guys were back bright and early to make sure the job was done, and done correctly. We've had a lot of people over since then, and they've given us a lot of compliments on our new carpeting. I love walking on it; it's so soft and plushy and cuts down on a lot of noise. I also don't worry about my son, who just learned how to walk, taking a spill on it. He just gets right back up and keeps going like nothing happened, which isn't something I could say about our old, threadbare carpet. We're thinking of redoing our bedrooms next, and I will definitely be using Carpet Centers of NJ!

Susan spent a great deal of time with me which made the decision process easier. Installers were on time and professional. I liked that Susan came by to inspect the work after it had been done.

From start to finish, this whole experience has been nothing but positive. Susan was very nice, professional and knowledgeable about my flooring needs. She gave me an excellent price and arranged the installation very quickly. I was very pleased with the carpet installer - he did an excellent job. After dealing with somebody that didn't know what he was doing when he installed the laminate flooring, this was a welcome change. The carpeting looks great and I have received many compliments on it. I will definitely be calling Susan again for my downstairs carpeting and for vinyl flooring in certain rooms. I appreciated all the help and choices she gave me and would highly recommend her to others.

Sue used two different installers--both were very professional, and hard-working. The finished job on each was exceptionally good; all details were attended to as I requested. The quality of the carpeting and linoleum were top of the line. I was more than pleased with the entire job. I would and intend to use this service in the future, and will refer my friends and family as well.

I think she gave a fair estimate and she was helpful in looking what we wanted, we had a budget limitation so she was not pushing us to choose something more expensive and the contractor that she has, they did a good job, they did it quickly and it was within one day and they came on time and cleaned up after they did it. She would give you a fair estimate and she would look at your personality and the things you have in your home and try to make appropriate suggestions.

Sue was great. We discussed quality various pile of carpeting and as it would make sense to my space and needs. The same was true in discussing my kitchen floor. The installers were very neat and pleasant to deal with. I would absolutely use her again and refer friends to her.

Susan knows her carpet and steered us in the direction of high quality nylon carpet for our home. I hastily made the mistake of ordering something earlier (from elsewhere) without doing any homework on carpet types, crush resistance, etc. and regretted that decision. Susan picked up on it as soon as she walked into our home. Anyway, shortly after placing our order, Susan experienced a horrific personal tragedy and the manufacturer also discontinued the carpet we had ordered, so the order couldn't be shipped. From a hospital bed, Susan had her installers and children trying to sort out the issue with our order. Days after she had been released from the hospital she was on the phone with me reassuring me she would sort things out quickly. Eventually she had her installer drop off a sample of carpet that was very nearly identical to what we ordered, she modified the order and had it in within 7-10 days. I won't lie, the wait was inconvenient and my house was a mess waiting for the carpet to be put down, however, under the odd circumstances, Susan did the very best she could and went above and beyond what I could expect of any human being. I felt guilty that she was trying to make things right with me rather than taking some time to heal. She's a stand up person and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to my friends and family without reservation. When it comes time to finish the carpeting in our house, I will call her again. Highly recommend her for her knowledge, her willingness to work with your budget and style and her commitment to her clients...she loves what she does and it shows!

The estimate went extremely well, Susan's prices could not be beat for my particular carpet/laminate combo need. The carpenters she uses were very adept at dealing with my horrendously uneven, and sometimes sloped subfloors and weirdly framed doors. The carpenters were able to re-use the old moldings I had ruined with paint in the closets to save me some much appreciated $$, and pick me up new moldings for the major living areas so things would come together nicely. The carpet guy (god bless him) spent hours removing staples and nails from the ancient carpeting that was nailed onto the stairs and carefully cut the carpet to fit the stairs so much so that I had an extremely large amount of excess (which I later had Bound and used as area and entry rugs). Overall just an excellent experience and would totally use again. My laminate isn't quite as beautiful as hardwood, but I just plain don't care- the cost was dramatically better this way.

She was very pleasant. When the carpet came in we were very satisfied with the insulation and the quality of the carpet.

Susan was very personable and polite on the phone and in person. At my appointment Susan had a van full of carpet, laminate, and wood flooring samples.I was interested in laminate wood and she showed me many different laminates ,in different price ranges, including real wood flooring. I chose a laminate in the mid price range with all new molding throughout out the house. Tom and Jay ,the installers ,were nice and pleasant.They helped to move furniture from room to room. After each day they cleaned up and vacuumed the floors. The job was suppose to take 4 days but took an additional day to complete the project. My only complaint, which is small, was that the door threshold leading into the bathroom was fitted with 2 pieces , instead of one continuous cover. I would have rated their work an A, but this small error, which is noticeable , lowered my score. I have called Susan about this situation and I am hoping she returns my call to fix this problem. 10/02/2012 I called Susan again on Sept.28,2012. On the answering machine was a message stating that due to a family emergency, she would not be taking any new clients for the month of October. I left a message about the bathroom door threshold that needed to be repaired,and stated that it could be fixed at a later date. I was hoping that I would have received a return phone message acknowledging m y call, but as of this date I have not received one. I hope everything is ok with Susan and her family and I will call again in November. 12/5/12 The bathroom door threshold was repaired

Sue was extremely helpful, professional, and easy to work with. Bedroom carpeting was installed before painters started, and the runner was installed after the painters completed their job. Sue was very accommodating in this situation and phoned me after each step to be sure I was satisfied. I would definitely use her again if the need arises.

We basically needed new carpeting in this room. We requested an estimate from Carpet Centers of NJ as part of due diligence that we always try to do. Susan was able to meet with us at our home on a Friday evening and we went about the business of carpet texture and color selection. Sue has a very good eye and she applied a few techniques for isolating the color in swatches that ultimately made a huge difference in our ability to make better choices. When it came to the estimate, there were three different grades of carpet density to choose from (Sue deals only in Nylon carpet and we were comfortable with that as that has been our traditional choice anyway.) There were also several choices in padding. When it came to moving furniture and removal of the existing carpet, the price we were quoted was inclusive of those services (as opposed to Home Depot, who have an a-la-cart approach to these services.) The only thing about moving the furniture was to remove as many of the smaller pieces as possible. When it came time for the actual work to be done, Sue was able to accomodate a weekend install. She assured us during the estimate process that the crews she hires are quality workers. This was confirmed by the crew that arrived to do the work, who were punctual, polite and very good at what they do. They moved the large pieces of furniture (there were only two as my wife and I had decided to move as much as we could ourselves) and removed all of the old carpet and padding. The install went without a hitch and the detail work that was done on the stairs was excellent. Great job.

They were very flexible and adaptable during the job. I was having the house painted which prevented them from doing the entire house at once, but they worked on each room as it became available. The quality of the work was great, and the installers were very professional, too.

They provided a good service, and we are happy with the work. They were easy to communicate with, and overall it was a good experience.

Susan was quick to respond to my voicemail and came by the same day to show my wife and I carpet samples and measure the rooms. The carpet was good quality and prices were reasonable. Susan was very professional and friendly. Susan said she would be able to meet our requested scheduled install date. We ordered carpet that night.There was a delay in delivery of our carpet order, so the install had to be rescheduled about a week. This was the only snag in our experience. Once the carpet arrived, the installers came and did a great job. The bedroom carpet was a fairly easy install and looks great. The indoor/outdoor carpet install was a bit challenging, but the installers spent the time to do it right and it looks great also.
