The initial request was in November 2014 and the next available visit was January 23, 2015 (2 1/2 months later). The tech arrived and was very professional. He reviewed the current system, said that replacing it was not a problem since they can reuse the existing wiring to the room stations. He stated he would give the information back to his office who will then turn around and send or call me with an estimate. I waited two weeks and called to see how the estimate was coming along. The receptionist or operator stated that the owner was on vacation and will be back in a week. I acknowledged and waited. Two weeks went by and I called again. The same receptionist stated that she will look into it and get back to me with an estimate asap. It is now 3 months (4/21/15) since the ProTek rep came to do an estimate and when I called, the receptionist stated that she will check into it and get back to me. If it is this hard to get an estimate, I can't imagine the quality of work to be any better. God forbid if there is an issue on the install. Based on this lack of professionalism, lack of responsiveness, and overall lack of organization, I don't recommend using ProTek for any work to be conducted.
