Neil gave me a quote over the phone for the basic service. At the installation Brian and Chris recommended a few changes which were perfect for our situation. The initial price and the additional charge were very reasonable. Brian and Chris called beforehand and arrived on time. The work they did was neat and thorough. We are very pleased.

Niel and his staff did an excellent job setting up my home network. They installed a switch, set up the wifi network including Sonos, indoor and outdoor speakers and a few televisions. The work was completed on time, at a fair price, very neatly and he was completely trustworthy. I would highly recommend him for any work to be done.

Surfire, installed my new samsung 60" 4k tv, connected it to surround sound system, blueray olayer & programmed the Logitech one remote. Neil provided a full tutorial for this complex TV featuers & all of thoptions available. They also moved my Samaung 55"TV to a bedroom location, mounted on wall with through the wall wiring, connected to surround sound system & blueray player. for a very clean installation. I was very satisfied. Niel, who operates Surefire, provided the services I required for 50% less than the original installer of my home audio system estimated. From the standpoint of knowledge, competent service, and price, I could not do better. Any one, knowing about Niel and Surefire, who deals with any one else would be foolish.

Overall, we had an excellent experience with the representative who came to do our surround sound installation. He was punctual and extremely knowledgeable about the equipment we had and how to appropriately install it for the best sound quality. His rates for the complete installation were the best that I have seen in the market and as such I would most certainly recommend this company to others who may be looking for similar services.
