If I can leave a negative rating I would. They came to my home and complained the whole time about how heavy my furniture was. They squeezed it on the truck, which resulted in damage to almost every piece of furniture they moved, along with my brand new hardwood floors and walls. When they came out to "repair" and I use that term lightly, they did more damage then they originally did when they moved my furniture. If you use this company, DO NOT listen to the woman when she said they were fully insured and not to get extra insurance. They do not stand behind that. I was told they were fully insured and would take care of my damages. Not the case. Now I have to buy new furniture because some pieces cannot be repaired, they tore full corners off of the pieces. My tv unit is garbage. Big gash down the side and on the top. A piece to my mother's dining set that is very old is ruined. They put a big gash in the server. They left big gashes in my brand new floors and then tried to repair them with putty. Made it much worse. I would say I am in for at least $900 in damages. BEWARE when using this company.

This is long review but I feel I owe it to others who base their decisions on honest reviews as I usually do. -Guy arrived half hour early for estimate appointment, normally not a problem but I had just made myself breakfast and when he called to let me know that he was here I asked him to give me a few minutes to finish up and then come in. He asked me to call him back on the same number he had called from which I did inside of 10 minutes. Call was re-routed back to the office. Woman answered, said she would let him know to come in. I then waited another 30 minutes before calling the woman again to ask where he was and again I was told she would contact him and ask him to come in. Why didn't I walk outside and ask him to come in you ask? I lived in a complex and it was impossible to tell which vehicle was his...just normal cars, no business markings anywhere to be seen. By the time he came in to do the estimate he was 15 minutes late. When he came in he told me he was able to get a lot of work done while waiting for me...wow, how great for you. Come on man! I guess it was really my fault for not letting him in 30 minutes early though, I should have been more accommodating to his schedule. Anyway...Estimate was reasonable and I did not think, based on helping friends move over the years, that it would take as long as they thought it would so I decided to move forward with the Company. Movers showed up on time to do the job and all 4 were pleasant guys . Some of my furniture need to be broken down (un-bolted/screwed) into smaller pieces to get it out. I was told ahead of time that they'd be doing this and bring all the tools necessary to do so. Well...they brought power tools and decided to use hand tools instead. One piece of furniture needed a hex bit that they did not have, which I had to supply (normally no big deal except my tools were already at my new house). If you are not aware, they charge an hourly rate to do the job so I was upset with how long this part of the process took as it would have taken much less time if they had brought/used the appropriate tools. Also, I feel I have to mention that each of the guys took several smoke brakes while unloading the house and one of them spent 45+ minutes in the bathroom. No, I don't normally time people in the bathroom, but remember, these guys are being paid by the hour. They left a few minor dings/scratches on the walls which were not a big deal. They did however put an unsightly scratch/gash in the floor which the lead guy told me he'd take care of. He used some kind of scratch marker and then told me that all it needed was some more foot traffic to blend in. I recall thinking: Great...I hope I don't have to pay for this during the closing. They were then to follow me to the new house but the lead guy had to make a 10-15 minute phone call. So I waited in the parking lot for them to get in the truck and get going. The guys then moved all my furniture into the new house without issue. Now time

From the very 1st phone call to the last box they moved, they were very professional and friendly. They were so efficient they moved it quicker than estimated and all the movers were very experienced. I highly recommend them
