The crew they sent was incredibly proficient, fast, careful, and did an overall excellent job moving us out of state.

Moved from NJ to PA (about 55 miles). Monroe Moving was very professional from estimate to delivery. Estimate was done via FaceTime due to COVID. Overall the estimate was close to the final. While we came to an amicable final number, I will advise those hiring moving companies to watch the little stuff (how many boxes and how much wrapping paper used versus estimate). They are very generous with the use of these and do so with an interest in protecting your belongings. But the more they use...the more you pay. Make certain that during estimate phase they see EVERYTHING that needs to be moved as it will need to be on your packing list on move day or you will pay more. This is where complaints on line come from...buyers not being careful. All these learnings aside, moves are very stressful and I found the team at Monroe a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They we re courteous and hardworking and focused on making certain I didn't have to do anything. I highly recommend them as a moving company.

This is my third experience with referrals from Home Advisor, and again it was an excellent experience! Monroe Moving Pros were very reasonably prices, the movers were prompt, friendly and professional. Not one item was damaged in any way, and they placed all the furniture etc. exactly where I wanted them. I wish I could rate Monroe Moving Pros more than five stars.

Angel and his team are the best. From his very first call to us to let us know that they were on their way, he was so very nice and polite and pleasant that we already had a good feeling about them. And we were not disappointed when they arrived either. Very courteous and patient and understanding and professional. They made the whole move so easy on us and much less stressful, which we very much appreciated. They are just the best, and we will definitely not hesitate to use Monroe moving again. They were so Professional, organized, hard working and a pleasure to work with . They were happy to adjust the position of Furniture when asked. They came in on budget. Did not charge for Extras. On time and confirmed the day before and when they were headed to start the job.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. The guys were on time, professional, courteous and efficient, They were concerned about one of my glass cabinets, because there was a piece that had broken off years ago by another moving company we used. We assured them, that we trusted them and that if anything happened on the long journey, NJ-NC, that they weren't responsible. Well, that piece and everything else was delivered during the timeframe we requested and in excellent condition. We will need to finish moving the rest of our things once our house is sold and we know exactly who we will use. Thank you so much for a job well done.

Courteous and efficient everything was carefully wrApped I would use them again

Excellent experience. Price was fair and did not change once they arrived at the house. Their wrapping was excellent and they moved the entire house fast and without problems. The guys were polite and cooperative and wore masks at all times. Once in the new destination, they setup everything and moved items around to the satisfaction of both my wife and I. Over a very good experience.

Monroe Moving was one of probably six companies with which we received estimates. Their estimate sat somewhere in the middle. Ben, the relocation specialist, was attentive, understanding and patient. This was a very large big move. The team of six was organized, hard working and I felt my that my valuable things were in good hands. I would highly recommend Monroe. I think that they were all great!

Due to unforeseen circumstances with my builder I had to store my belongings for 9 months. Monroe moving took great care of my things and eventually moved me to my new home in NC. Thomas is a huge asset to this company! All were professional and caring.

Outstanding service professionals

The move was well organized and completed quickly and efficiently with no damage or losses. The crew of Angel, Miguel and Ronald were courteous, friendly and professional every step of the way and made the move stress free for me.

From scheduling to final unloading, everyone was polite, accommodating, friendly, and professional. I spoke with Tamas who was super nice to make arrangements. I believe the lead mover was Alberto. He too was very nice. I don't recall the names of the other 3 movers, but they were nice and worked quickly and efficiently. Great care was taken with our furnishings.

Great from the start professional and polite. I never felt pressured. My belongings were transported halfway cross country is in timely fashion in perfect condition. I would you them again in a minute
