My move with Monroe was fantastic. It started with a call with my estiator Adam M. who was extremely great. I never expected that planning my move could be as organizaed or detaied as it was. It was an extremely transparent process and I could tell what every cent of my estimate was going towards. When moving day came, they called to confirm and the truck showed up on time and as expected. The crew led by forman Steve was curteous, careful, polite, hardworking, and performed miracles in getting large heavy furnitire moved out and in of tight spaces without a scratch. They wrapped everything in moving blankets and heavy plastic to prevent damage. They actually finished ahead of schedule and came in under their original estimate so I was able to give thm a nice tipand still spent less overall. Fantastic hjob, would use them again and recommend in a heartbeat!

I have moved over ten times, some from state to state, and this was by far the best moving experience. Garrett could not be more helpful estimating the move and he and the moving crew stayed in touch with me every step of the way. The crew arrived on time and began working swiftly and efficiently. They could not have been more organized, respectful or polite! Everything was inventoried and counted and the price quoted was the price I paid... no hidden or additional charges. They stored my furniture (first month free!) and they continued to stay in touch. I recommend Monroe to everyone!

I have a mixed review on this pro. The first half of the move was amazing. They had a whole crew of guys who did a great job packing and loading my stuff. The problem was on return leg of trip. One of my moms tables was chipped and scratched- it looked old and beat up. When I called to complain they refused to give me a refund on the table and said it was already chipped when they moved it. This is an absolute lie! All the other furniture was in perfect condition except for the table. It is very expensive furniture and my mom-since passed- was very particular about all her stuff. I was forced to file a complaint and still have the original receipt. Price I was quoted much less than actual price in beginning. Also the one mover at drop off point was very rude and reluctant to move placement. I am sorry I recommended them to my neighbor now. Would NOT use them again.

Monroe Moving was outstanding from the first moment I spoke with Adam, even with a reschedule of the move due to a delay in the closing date. The team who did the moving, led by Steven Garcia, was punctual, hardworking, efficient, and pleasant, and did an outstanding job with the puzzle of fitting a lot of stuff into a small storage unit. I will absolutely use them the next time I move and I highly recommend them for anyone else.

Handing over your entire life's accumulations to movers who are total strangers ,with the expectation that they will follow thru as they promised and guaranteed, in a timely fashion, is a daunting proposition. Plus, when you read the awful reviews that most movers get, it causes great anxiety and worry. And, few options. Luckily, we chose Monroe Pro Movers to deliver our entire household possessions, including an 80 year old Grand Piano, across the country (New Jersey to Reno, Nevada). And store it for 3 1/2 months in between. It all started with Ben, our Service Advisor, who always answered the phone. They were professional, courteous, communicative and HONEST ! They did exactly what they said they would do and didn't accept any conditions that they couldn't do. The movers were timely, clean and very efficient I cannot recommend them enough. There is NOT a single aspect of the 4 month process that was a problem. I would give them more than 5 STARS IF I COULD.

These guys were great! They made sure to cover and wrap everything and handled my stuff carefully. The lead mover was helpful and communicated with me the whole way. The price was very fair overall as well and the gentleman I worked with on the phone was very professional. An additional note: the movers were three friendly, respectful and hard-working guys! I couldn't have had a better move-in day.

The crew was right on time, they worked as an efficient team, they were courteous, friendly, professional. They took great care in the handling of my belongings. They also finished the job early!! I couldn't have picked a better company to handle my moving and will definitely recommend them.
