Getting anyone to come out and give an estimate for a small roof repair is difficult. This was a three season porch. I had one company that wanted me to send pix and gave me a price from that? Another guy came out and gave me an estimate from looking at the roof from my deck. Duke from CRG came out, got up on the roof, located springy spots (not a good sign) and we went ahead with them. The crew was there when promised and worked carefully to get a good seal around existing skylights (I could see them working from my kitchen window) and finish the job same day. We've waited to post this and have gone through several heavy rains and one early season snow storm. I would recommend and call back for any roofing needs.

Duke and his team were very professional and helpful. He listened to my concerns and gave advice on the best way to complete the repairs while at the same time, being fair with the cost. They completed the job in a timely manner and showed me pictures of the work done before and after it was completed. I highly recommend them.

Did not provide the before and after pictures I requested and the price was very high for the project. Not sure if it fixed the problem.

Did great job and explain detail on what need to be done. Having some sort of financial services to help customers with a monthly plan to cover expenses would be great. Definitely would hire them for future work if need be.

Steve gave a number of options to fix the leak. We settled on one and he got it done fast three days after he provided the quote. Good execution.

Not happy with workmanship.

They did great work, showed up on time, and completed it in the time they said that they would.

Workmanship was superb. BUT never show up on time. Need half of contract cost in CASH with signing. Then PRESSURE you for payment before completion. Original contract NOT as promised and written. Once roof was taken off and rafters found to be bad. They say, what do we do now?, then shove second contract in your face. "You Have to sign this before we do anything else". Original said all bad wood to be removed and replaced with new. NOW Bob says, "that does not cover the wood rafters? My brother has to go, so sign so we can finish! " (PRESSURE) was unbearable! Then on Friday, Bob says "how are you paying this" ..WORK WAS NOT COMPLETE. "My girl leaves at 4 PM, so I need a check or you can charge it. But it has to be now, she leaves at 4 PM." LIKE A FOOL I charge $10,300. Bob never returns, but instead I get Joe pressuring me for a balance of $7,800. "I need something what can you give me?" I am frantic I have nothing. He says, "I have to leave so give my men whatever you can. "Nowhere to turn but $635.55 in a checkI I paid original Contract of 12,300. $12,000 CASH . Balance $300.. Now they want $15,575. (the second paper needed signed before they close my roof.) A week goes by they never come back to finish. But Sunday( the Brother that needed the second paper signed before he leaves) Shows up threatening you have to pay the balance.. NEVER USE this company!!
