Description of Work: Remediation of mold under negative pressure. Removal of drywall, applied mold resistant paint.

Description of Work: After having some two feet of water in the crawl space under my house due to a burst pipe, I was anxious to have it be attended to as quickly as possible. I wanted the sodden insulation removed and the area thoroughly dried to avoid further problems from the moisture. I discovered the flowing water on Tuesday evening. The plumber (from Angie's List and previously used) needed three pumps to remove the water; that project took four hours. The insurance adjuster arrived Friday and told me to get a company to deal with the damage. Based upon Angie's List reports, I picked A.Molly. I reached them late Friday afternoon. The next morning a team arrived to remove the damaged insulation and plastic (it's a sand floor).They set up 6 industrial fans to air out the entire space. On Monday morning Dave the owner returned to take moisture readings. The fans had done their work. A team returned Thursday to install new insulation. Dave explained what would happen all along the way. It lifted the worry from my shoulders. I had every confidence they had handled this kind of problem before. It was a delight to work with them. Although I would never wish this kind of problem on anyone, I would recommend A. Molly without reservation.

They cleaned up everyday and did such a great job repairing the walls and painting. I recommended them to my neighbor below and they were just as happy.
