For a job as big as this it was completed in only 8 weeks. This had a lot to do with the assigned contracting team being onsite every morning like clock work. In addition there wasn't one point during the job that the house was covered in dust. The daily cleanup the crew performs before leaving the site each day is immaculate. The job site remained so clean that we left our fridge downstairs from start to completion which was a huge help when you have no kitchen and are living in the house while the work is being done. Furthermore, we made several additional requests mid construction and Len didn't look to charge us for every little thing. They were more than willing to accommodate throughout the entire process.

Excellent advice on colors, materials, and styles. Constant contact with the Sales Manager Chris Bogart made every aspect of the job easy. Anything that needed special attention was taken care of without delay. Tiling was expertly done - beautiful job. No problem with plumbing or electrical work. Even the mirror is beautiful. Really pleased with the expertise of the workers, and everything was done in a timely manner. Thanks to everyone, especially Chris, for a job very well done.

Made an appointment for the estimate promptly and showed up on time. I hired another contractor who I have used for previous work and gave me a better estimate for the same work.

We recently completed a complete kitchen renovation project and used Len’s Remodeling for the work. The finished job is outstanding. Throughout the entire project Len’s team was thorough, professional and treated our home as if it was their own. A project of this size can be overwhelming however from our initial meeting through job completion we were impressed with the care Len’s exhibited to each phase. We worked extensively with Chris on design and selection and he leveraged his years of experience in guiding us through the process. Chris painstakingly drafted numerous designs for our consideration and reviewed each until we were comfortable with the final view. He offered invaluable suggestions and guidance in selecting the individual components; flooring, cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, hardware, lighting, etc. His ability to envision how our selections would fit together was uncanny. The project started on time and was completed within the time frame estimated. We were particularly impressed with their attention to detail and taking the extra steps to make sure things were done the right way. For example, we knew from the outset a heating and air conditioning vent needed to be moved. Initially we planned to move the vent to a toe kick register under one of the cabinets. After the existing space was cleared, one of Len’s craftsmen designed an alternate approach and location by modifying some of the ducts in the basement that yielded better air flow into the remodeled space. The original intended location could’ve been used, however Len’s saw the opportunity to make an improvement even if it meant a bit more time and work. This is but one example where Len’s emphasized quality above all else. Beyond the quality of the craftsmanship, one area that was particularly noteworthy was communication. Every question posed was answered thoroughly and accurately. Once the job started plans for each day’s work were reviewed the night before and updates provided throughout each work day. We encountered no surprises and attribute this to the upfront thoroughness of their planning and their ongoing, detailed communication throughout. We look forward to working with Len’s again on future remodeling projects.

Rep (Chris) from company called every night after workers left and gave me the following days schedule. Foreman (Charlie) stopped by the house many afternoons to check quality of work and make adjustments as needed. If wanted adjustments to work already done or wanted any changes to pending work orders there was never a problem, they were most accommodating. Work was completed in a timely, neat and professional manner. I originally contracted them for the remodeling of the 2 bathrooms and was so impressed by the quality of work done that I contracted them to do the additional work mentioned above. I was able to choose all components for all work done at their showroom, great selections and very convenient.

I had used Len Marceau a few years back to install two pre-hung interior doors ( I am by nature klutzy). I was impressed with Len's attention to detail and how he was of the 'measure twice cut once' repair professionals. He was also on-time and communicated well so we were always aware of how long it would take to complete the job. I was not surprised to learn that Len had grown to an office and showroom and had also enlarged his staff commensurately. The job was finished on time per original estimate which included the cost estimate. I heartily recommend Len's Remodeling and Contracting service to anyone seeking to repair or remodel their home. I plan to reuse Len's for future work.

Great! The sales person (Tom) kept close contact with us throughout the process, letting us know what to expect and when. The floors were quite damaged and the floor guy (Remaldo) did an excellent job of repairing them with reclaimed wood so the replaced boards still have the patina of the original. The sanding, staining and sealing of the floors were a messy, smelly, noisy proposition, but the guys did everything possible to minimize household disturbances. (i.e. warning us when it would get loud; taping and sealing off the rooms. The only glitch came at the end with the transitions (thresholds) between the newly finished hall and the other carpeted rooms. The first ones put in were a trip hazard, but after I purchased better ones, they were cheerfully and professionally installed. Thanks, Len & company!

Painting was excellent, carpentry skill was top shelf but held up do to delivery of doors. Would highly recommend them but be sure to get firm completion dates

We must say that Len's Remodeling is an amazing company & the people that work there, especially Chris, are very talented & go out of there way to please their customers. Their work is exceptional & they are detailed oriented. We couldn't live in our house because of this major renovation but Chris was on the phone with us everyday with detailed info on what took place. We felt as though we were living there because he was so precise with his information.They went out of their way to please us with everything we wanted!! We highly recommend this company for anyone looking to do a small or large renovation to their home. They truly are the best !!! Janet & Steve

On time, professional, quality workmanship for a reasonable price!

Len's team did a great job. My wife and I bought a "fixer upper" last year which hadn't been updated since the 1970s. We put in a new kitchen and added a full bathroom. Len's team added hard wood floors to the new kitchen and took down a couple of walls as well. We also replaced every window and the exterior vinyl siding on the house. PROS: - We are very happy with how everything turned out. The kitchen and bathroom look great and are exactly what we wanted. - All of the workers were very professional and courteous. I felt completely comfortable having them alone in my house when we weren't there. - Len is a very nice guy. He always responded to my calls and texts right away. I never had trouble getting in touch with him. CONS: - The project went 20% over budget and was four months late. This was our first renovation, so I suppose that is pretty normal for a project this size and a 40 year old house. - One of the new windows that was installed ten months ago is now leaking. Len said he will have his subcontractor come back and fix it. Len has been very responsive, so I am confident it will be fixed (NOTE This leaky window has now been fixed.) Overall, we are very happy with the work Len's team did. We love our "new" house and I have already recommended Len to my neighbor who needs his bathroom remodeled.

We were extremely satisfied with the service that Len's provided. Our master bathroom needed to be demolished and rebuilt from scratch. From the first meeting with Chris till the last walk-through, the company was very professional, communication level was unprecedented, the work was done quickly, the house was protected from dirt and dust, the workers cleaned up during and after their work, we stayed on budget and met the timelines outlined at the beginning. The project was quite difficult since the room was not of standard proportions, so all the work had to be customized. The responsiveness of the project management team was very impressive. All the additional requests were handled quickly and fairly. The quality of the work performed, from plumbing, to tiling, to electrical, to general contracting - perfection. We passed all the inspections on the first try. We couldn't be happier. Thank you!

This is the second time we used Len's Contracting Services and we could not be happier. I am very impressed with Len's customer service and the entire team's overall level of professionalism. The foremen, Charley, was on the job every day to ensure the project team were on schedule and were doing quality work. The workers were punctual, clean and respectful of our home. The communication was outstanding, we were advised every step of the way. I was particularly pleased with their flexibility and their ability to make last changes as needed. Our master bath was recently completed and we are thrilled with the results! We will enjoy it for years to come. Thank you Len and team for a job well done.

I contacted Len's remodeling to request an in home estimate for the remodel of my main bathroom. I originally had an appointment on Tuesday, May 3rd with Mary. Then either the day before or day of, Chris from Len's called and said that they needed to reschedule the appointment. Though I was disappointed, I agreed to reschedule the appointment for Friday, May 13th. I even joked with Chris saying that I hope the appointment would not get messed up because it is on Friday the 13th. He reassured me that they would be at my home to give me an estimate. Friday the 13th finally came. My husband rearranged his work schedule to be home for the estimate and we waited excitedly for Chris to show up. The appointment time (11:30) came and no Chris. Eleven forty-five came, and still no Chris. You can see where this story is going. Chris, from Len's Remodeling who reassured me that he would come to my home to give me an estimate chose not to show up. He didn't even call. It is totally unprofessional to make an appointment and just not show up. Why would a company think it is ok to do that? I wonder if I was asking to do a renovation that would cost 30,000 plus dollars would it have been worth it for them to come out. Maybe when you are just doing a little main bathroom remodel, Len's can afford to be unprofessional and just not show up for estimates. Well, I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. If I ever hear anyone even mention this company as a possibility I will warn them to stay far away. If company is unprofessional enough not to show up for an estimate, I am quite sure they are unprofessional in other areas as well. I am not sure how they have an A rating with Angie's List because they clearly do not deserve it. My advise, DO NOT use Len's Remodeling.

I called Len’s remodeling to get an estimate on some work involving cutting sheetrock on the wall, adding new trim columns, and new crown molding, and painting walls in few rooms. I was scheduled to meet a salesperson named Mike. A day before the scheduled date, I got a call from the office to reschedule my appointment on a different day. I had no problem and reschedule to the following Saturday morning. On the day of the appointment, I received a call from Chris to reschedule my appointment again to a different day. I explained to him nicely that I‘ve already done it once before and in fact I had re-arrange my day’s schedule to be home for the appointment. Chris understood and told me he’ll be there at the scheduled time. He came and spent time talking about the project, He took notes and some picture of the work I was interested in and told me he would get back to me within a week. It has been now over 22 days and I have not received any quote or a call from Len’s remodeling. I have left 2 messages with the office person and she told me that she would pass the message to Chris under the “miscellaneous work” but I’m yet to receive a quote or a phone call. I think these people are looking for bigger kitchen bath remodeling work with bigger margin but end up wasting not only their time but also prospective customer’s time and not telling them upfront if not interested. If one reads all their negative reviews, almost all of them complaint about not getting back to the customers and all have a one standard “sincerely apologize” reply line. So this tells me, it’s the norm and not the exception for Len’s remodeling to not give a quote or a simple curtsey call if they’re not interested so that customer can move on with their alternative plans instead of waiting on the quote. I remember when Len was a handyman and would do simple and small jobs but I guess now they have no time for small jobs which is perfectly ok as long as they communicate back.

After two delays, provider came and took photos and measurements. We did not hear from provider after a month and we called. Provider did not return call. Called again in March. Again provider did not return call. We would be afraid to use this provider. We never gpt the plans.

We completely remodeled two bathrooms with Len's. ?From the initial contact with Chris to the final day of construction, we were informed of the procedures on a daily basis. ?The communication with Chris was excellent. ?He let us know step by step what to expect and when. ?The bulk of the work done by Rich and Angel, and supervised by Charlie, was masterfully done, as well as the electrical, plumbing and tiling by the appropriate licensed pros. ?All work was done to code and all inspections were very smooth. Using a knowledgeable contractor, as Len's is, is a huge plus to having a trouble-free experience. ?We are very pleased with the way the bathrooms turned out and would recommend to others. ?We would definitely use Len's again for any remodeling project.

Mike made an appointment to come to our house for a final estimate after we spent a significant amount of time picking out project details in his showroom. He did not show up for the time scheduled and did not call. When I called him an hour after the appointment time he explained that he never wrote our appt in his calendar because we spoke over the phone in his car and he forgot. Promised to come about an hour later after his next appt left. He never showed up and never called. If this is his best impression before he gets our money, I can only imagine what will happen if we give him a deposit. Very unprofessional and disappointing

The installers did an excellent job! They cleaned up well too. We are very happy with the results.

Chris from Len's contracting called and made an appointment and he was right on time. He explained the process to me and began by taking measurements of the kitchen so they could prepare drawings for me to review. We met two times after his initial visit to the house to choose materials for a remodel and to review the design and the drawings. Chris is very professional and easy to work with.

Very hard to schedule, he always cancelled or not show up at all.

Our master bath remodeling project began with asking 3 contractors to give us estimates. One was unwilling to deal with permits, a second never submitted an estimate after the first meeting and several phone calls and the third was Len?s. We liked Rich H., the salesperson, who gave us satisfactory answers to all our questions. We received an estimate based on our supplying most of the materials. We were not sure where we would get the materials as Rich did not have a very good showroom and was not ready to send us to various showrooms of their suppliers. Our hope was to start the project in mid-June and finish it within two weeks. This was a hope which proved very unrealistic. We proceeded to change our minds about the specific details of the project while gathering cabinets, plumbing fixtures, tile and glass. After numerous phone calls to determine when the project would begin, Rich finally called to tell us it would begin August 4th. On that day demolition began including damage in some areas not to be demolished. The next day I showed Rich the damage and he said they would fix or replace it. Two days later I received a call from Len, the owner whom I had never met, to tell me that Rich was no longer with the company and Charley would be supervising the work going forward. I met with Charley and showed him the same damage and registered my concerns about the work to date. He was very pleasant and understanding. The project proceeded smoothly from then on with me watching everything as new specialists arrived each day to do the next step in the project. I could see that these people knew their craft, especially the electricians, plumbers, tile guy and Tony who did the finish work. The work took a month and a half to complete including a week or more of waiting for inspections. The glass for the shower which I chose not to get through Len?s was installed in early October to complete our project. We are very pleased with the results and feel the work was done well in spite of my errors in purchasing materials and also being under foot watching the work. A special thanks goes to Charley who dealt very patiently with my questions and concerns, while supervising and scheduling several other jobs along with mine. When we do our next project we will definitely consider using Len?s.

We are glad we chose Len's. The final project looks great and came in at the right price. Rocco and Chris were a great crew and they always tried to work with us when little things came up. Len was very consultative and always took the time to explain his opinion. Len was always reachable and called us back promptly when we had questions

We found Len's remodeling services on Angies list for redoing our kitchen on our newly purchased house. We had a sales person come and see the old kitchen and started the design process. From the design to choosing all appliances and cabinets, Len's team was super engaged and helped us all the way. With the way we connected with him and his company workers, we decided to dothe complete house paint job and flooring. Len managed to package all costs and was the most competitive in the market. I got quote from 4 other providers from angies list (combined and individual work - kitchen, pain and floor). But decided to go with Len since I'm very impressed with the way the whole team worked together to bring all services parallel and finish the job. When we started the job, we found many problems with the house. There was a 1.5 inch sag on the front half of the house, which was promptly identified and corrected. This was a major work, creating supporting beams and columns. The team executed a phenomenal job on correcting all these issues in the house, which were unexpected. Len's team adjusted all their schedules and brought in the right experts from all directions to finish the job. I was kept informed and explained on all details fully to make sure I understand this fully. I was very confident that no one else could be this accomodative in a huge project like this. There were no breaks in the work and all the work were cleanly planned and executed to our fullest satisfaction. The huge part of this whole project was the communication channels we keep going between us and this company - I can pick up the phone and text/call anyone including Len and I would be able to sort or et information right there. This was the key to the whole project and was executed flawlessly. The workmen ship executed by Rocco and his team, the sales and technical team executed by Chris were all phenomenal. I'm so glad that I executed such a big project with Len's team. I would be doing/completing my basement and outdoor decking/landscaping in the spring and I'm very excited to work with them again. Thank you Len/Rocco/Chris on executing this project. The house is now completely changed, and so are our lives.
