They were great because they were timely and responsive and did way beyond what they needed and were here for three days and did everything they needed to. I would recommend them.

It went good. They were friendly and professional. They were here on-time. They explained everything to us before leaving. They gave me a time frame that they would be able to do the work in and he had done the work in that time frame.

Actually, they never did come out, but, I would like to tell about it. I called them many times and tried to get a response. I never did. After I hired someone else, they decided to call me back. It was too late. The person I did talk with was very nice and tried to give me some information. They were very pleasant and tried to give me the price and package information. I told them not to bother because I had found somebody else already.

ADT Security Services got almost $8,000.00 out of me for this system, but they have never come back to show me how to use it. I've told them it's not working, but I've not gotten any response. The salesman was the only one I could talk to. I've just let it go, but it still bothers me.

We feel very safe with ADT. We have a very large, three story house and they've made us feel very secure with all of the different detectors. The best thing is the key pad which tells you where in the house your problem is. Everyone connected with this company has been very professional and knowledgeable. We pay them monthly.

ADT Security Services is a fine security service. They react very promptly when anything triggers the alarm. I also like that they respond if the smoke alarm or carbon monoxide alarm goes off. I think they are probably the best security service around.

Some of the information they provided once it was installed was a little complicated, but we managed to translate it all out to understand what was needed after awhile.

ADT seems to live up to its good reputation in my local community. I have many friends who use the services of this large company and who are completely satisfied like myself. I would tell others that if you are going to go with an alarm service, go with a large company like ADT. They have a good track record and have been around the block a few times.

The initial install was a bit sloppy (trash/debris left behind), but overall was fine. The upgrade was very poorly done - the installer arrived with the wrong equipment, installed the equipment he did have improperly, overcharged us by $365 and other installers had to return 3 separate times for reinstallations and repairs to our system. During this time, our alarm system was off line and our home was left unprotected. As the system seems to only break on weekends, we are forced to deal with the 800 number for help. They have proven to be uninformed and rude. The local office said they corrected the bill after repeated calls, but we still have not seen a credit (now months later). And our system is once again down due to faulty equipment which will require yet another Saturday with a repair person and more time on the phone to get the repair charges removed from our account. Overall, we are VERY DISAPPOINTED and are considering removing the system.

THIS WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE, WE WENT THROUGH A LOT OF VALUABLE INFORMATION.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY RESPOND VERY QUICKLY IF THE ALARM IS ACTIVATED. THEY HID EVERYTHING VERY WELL. YOU CAN BARELY TELL WE HAVE AN ALARM SYSTEM. THEY CHARGE US EVERY THREE MONTHS FOR THEIR SERVICES.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I LIKE THEIR SERVICES BECAUSE I KNOW THEY INSTALLED EVERYTHING CORRECTLY AND I CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND REALLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.
