Great installation was neat professional and reliable!

Work was performed efficiently and with no mess. There have been no issues with performance of the sump pump nor dehumidifier. We now have a dry and odor free basement that we use as an exercise and entertainment area. This is a very professional organization.

Appointment was made well in advance but I specifically requested Collin...He had been to my home before and had proven to be professional, thorough AND patient! While there he fully inspected all the requested machinery...he didn't rush..he was neat and cleaned up after he was finished..servicing sump pumps can be a messy job! Collin then reviewed all his work and findings...I have been a customer for years and had many Quality 1st service people here...almost all have been top notch but Collin goes to the top of the list...unfortunately some of the other 'top' guys have moved on or up but Collin continued their tradition...very satisfied and will use them without hesitation..and, for the record, I AM NOT related to or have financial interest in this company!! Just a very satisfied customer

Provider arrived as scheduled and completed installation within two hours. Workers were neat and cleaned up workplace thoroughly. Very professional job by both salesperson and installers.

This job from start to finish was very professional. I had a problem with old window wells that on heavy wind and rain would allow water to pool up in the wells around the basement windows. Ken Peare - system design specialist was sent out to my house, he understood my concerns and recommended to replace all the window wells with their sealed system. Something i never knew existed, its an enclosure with a clear lid that is attached to the foundation of the house. These new wells completely changed and updated the look of my house. Also the sealant they used between them and the foundation is waterproof so any chance of water getting through them and the new basement windows (which they also installed)...is slim to none. The new wells have a clear lid which allows a good amount of light to come in the basement as opposed to the old metal and weed infested wells...Great Job!!!

I had high hopes for quality first waterproofing. I called their office to make an appointment for an estimate, but they couldn't fit me on the schedule for an estimate for over two weeks. After hanging up the phone in frustration, I was able to schedule several other companies within the week. Quality firsts has called me at least 15 times since then and has left nine voicemails on my phone. Their voicemails are very high-pressure and are not appropriate for a reputable business. UPDATE : 9 months after the initial contact with this company, I am STILL continuing to receive voicemails from them. I can't believe it! Never worked with such a high-pressure company!

They were very professional from the moment we made the call. I found them on google and picked them because they have so many great reviews. They were always quick to respond and punctual for the estimate appointment and service day. They waterproofed all of our crawlspace (1500 sq ft) and added 2 smart pumps and 2 landscape outlets, an air dehumifier, and they covered all around. We did have to provide the electrical outlets for the 2 sump pumps through separate services with other contractors. I have not had to call them for anything yet, but based on their responsiveness since day one I trust they would respond to any issue covered by their lifetime warranty. They were in our home from around 10am to 4pm. They protected the floors for all the equipment they would need to use and the men coming in and out of the house. Victor was one of the men working and communicating with me for any questions I had and he was very detailed and conciderate to let me know everything that was happening. Jeff was the person who was handling all of our appointment dates, estimates, and phone calls and he was also great to work with even tho we did not meet him. All the water and mud are gone, our crawl space now looks and smells great!

I'm very happy with the work. Nick Biris was very knowledgable, courteous, and there was no pressure. He focused on how the fix the problems rather than selling. When it came time to do the project, Juan Garcia, the senior foreman, arrived on time and introduced himself right away. He kept me posted on progress throughout the day, and walked me through every part of the work at the end. A team of 5 guys completed the work in one day, working a 8-9 hrs. Without hesitation, I recommend Quality 1st. I'm not hoping for a severe storm, but I feel confident that I won't ever see water in that basement again.

I had 3 people come. They were someone that I would never use again. He was such a load of bologna. He acted very professional - he came in a suit and tie with a laptop except that he didn't know what was going on. They were so into impressing people. They are kind of strange because they have a lot of names. I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau and I think they are registered under three different names so that was a little suspicious. For digging the basement, they sent me a 4-color glossy catalog that must have been about 60 pages and some CD and all sorts of crazy stuff about how great they were. This was pre the guy coming to the house. Anybody who calls there to make an appointment for an inspector or the reps, they automatically send you all this stuff and I think it's supposed to overwhelm you with anticipation of their great wonderful company, but it was just overkill. They didn't really do any of it. Anytime we asked the guy, he just pointed to the booklet so what did I need to waste 25 minutes for talking to a salesperson if I got less information out of him than I did their little book. It just sounded strange. They were astronomically expensive. It was a very bad experience and a total waste of time. It wasn't horrible but it was just pointless. Their price was the highest of all people and they were inflexible, not in the price but in what this particular person told me they were going to do. All the information they sent looked professional but it really had no information in it. I would never ever recommend them.

Kenny was extremely knowledgable and explained in great detail. We felt comfortable with his recommendations. The office staff was very helpful and great customer service. They arrived bright and early very punctual and got right to work. Quality 1st are actually working on it right now! Can't wait to see the finished results!! They finished! Great job left everything clean and explained their work thoroughly. I would definetly recommend Quality first basement systems to anyone who asks!!!

Quality 1st Basements installed a water proofing system in my home. Im very happy with the service and the completed job , Jesus the foreman was professional and knowledgeable about the job being performed . He answered all the questions i had and i was very pleased . The job was completed in one day and i was very impressed at that , also to be added the house was left nice and clean after they finished thier job . BIg thumbs up to Quality 1st !

The installation was done in one day. They covered the furniture and things with plastic sheets so that it would not get dusty. Installation of the French Drain was efficient and professional. At the end of the installation, they cleaned up the space very well.

5 out of 5. They were excellent. Sales rep, Jessica Long, was just amazing. The installer was just awesome. They are high-tech. Quality 1st Basement installed French drains and a pump. Honest from day 1. I told Jessica that they didn't test the system afterwards, so she came out herself and tested it. Everything is warranted for 3 years and is currently running fine. I now have a dry basement. I highly recommend this company if you want a dry basement.

The team that came out was lead by Victor. They were very professional and prompt. they thoroughly explained when they were doing and the impact. The wall restoration looks amazing. And the basement is cleaner now than when they arrived!

Jesus and his crew were very professional and very neat as well. Jesus surveyed the layout first before beginning the work, he asked a few questions and then they immediately started the work. During the work and especially after completion, Jesus took me around to see all that they had done and to inquire if i had any questions or concerns that he could answer. I would definitely use this company again and will recommend to anyone needing a total basement solution. I researched and interviewed many companies before hiring this one.

It went very well. It was very good. They were very professional. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. I think that there's a change in the temperature of the room. They were really good. I would recommend them to anyone. It was a little bit more than what we wanted to pay but we paid it anyway.

Technician got to site and advised different service than that advised by salesperson. New team arrived and did work courteously and technically well. Only problem was a miscommunication in scheduling but it worked out.

I was very happy with the experience on the day of installation. The installation team showed up on time and the foreman, Juan, was very professional and answered several questions I had thought of after my initial consultation. The work was done within one day as promised and there was significantly less dust / cleanup than I was expecting afterward. They took care with going in and out of my home and didn't mind explaining the process or the materials being used as they went along. They cleaned up both the basement and my driveway once they were complete. I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends or family.
