About us

At Effective Basement Solutions, we started with structural repairs and home lifting, helping homeowners protect the integrity of their foundations. Over time, we saw that water intrusion was often the root cause of major structural issues so we expanded into basement waterproofing. Done wrong, waterproofing can cause serious foundation movement in the future. With our background in structural integrity, we install systems the right way from the start. Our work naturally grew to include mold remediation, radon mitigation, Humidex systems, sump pump installations, and indoor air quality solutions. With over 20 years of experience in North and South Jersey and parts of New York, we’ve served everything from high rises to single family homes. Looking back, our journey from above-ground structures to basement systems feels meant to be because the safety and health of every home truly begins below

Franco did a thorough evaluation of the property. He assessed all the problems and made many suggestions as to how they could be corrected. He explained in great detail exactly what he was going to do so there were no surprises. He and his crew arrived on time and work tirelessly to get the job done.
