A big job like installing a french drain is never fun, but Franco and his crew got my problem solved and left my place in good shape.

Frank was very knowledgeable and showed an immense passion for his craft. He laid out all the options available to me for solving my basement flooding/hygiene issues. I only wish I met him over a year ago when I first started sump pump/flooding issues.

I hired Franco to dig the sump pump pit deeper and replace sump pump, pipes and all associated fixtures. He and his crew came on scheduled time and did a FABULOUS job. Franco took ownership of the work and took care of everything he promised for. Great service, great knowledge, great provider!!! Thanks Franco.

Franco was very clear in explaining the problem & solution but he's very difficult to get ahold of. I did hired him, his crew show up not knowing what was the actual job until I show them the estimate, it took 30mnts to confirm with Franco. They finally installed French drain, a couple of days later it rained quite hard and I saw water trickling down from the wall. Again, it was very difficult to get Franco to return my calls, I finally had to get Home Advisors involved and he finally did sent his crew back to fix the problem 2 weeks later. I changed my mind, this company does not deserve more than 1 star, a few months after I still have problems in my basement, after many calls finally I was advised to install a speed drain, after we agreed on a date, they show up with the wrong size of drain so now the installation had to be rescheduled. I have yet given a date for the crew to come back, suddenly I receive a text saying they're outside my house while I'm at work. Franco insisted that he sent numerous texts which I never receive. Who would send a crew without getting a confirmation from a home owner and decided to show up without even calling first? I find this very unprofessional! Home Advisor Customer Service is basically useless and after so many calls & emails I was told to get help elsewhere

They showed up on time, made every effort to keep the dust to a minimum and the house as clean as possible. Everything was explained and nothing was taken for granted, they made sure we were happy with what they were doing. The finished product looks great and now I want it to rain.

Franco is a stand up guy and honest contractor. He was efficient, affordable and accountable. There were major issues with our sewage pipe being in the way of the sump pit they drilled. They coveted it and finished the job with no extra charge and with full professionalism. While he was here another contractor needed help finding the line to our furnace and Franco helped him before he even finished his own job. If I needed any work in my basement I would call Franco and Franco only. I strongly recommend using this company for your basement waterproofing needs.

Franco and his crew did an outstanding job waterproofing my basement back in December. He was able to explain to me all the issues in my basement, from foundation cracks, to an ineffective french drain already in place, to the presence of mold. He then laid out the solutions to all these problems and at an affordable price. I'm very happy with the job they have done, and the new drainage and pump system they have installed has been keeping my basement dry. I highly recommend them.

They did a fantastic job

Owner always replied phone calls and provided a price that was cost-effective right in the beginning. They, however, did a little short-cut by installing 2 different color plastic tubing for my sump pumps. A year later, I thought there was a problem with a loud noise and the owner came to my home to look at the potential problem within couple days. Problem was not related to the sump pump. But, very good customer service.

Owner operator involved in project. Crew was very courteous, service-oriented. Pricing provided best value. Owner was super patient, explaining and answering each and every minute question that I had. Never felt pressured AT ALL. 3 day job completed well.
