The work was performed promptly and the owner is very friendly. He is quite knowledgeable about water powered back up sump pumps. Regarding price, I obtained 4 estimates and ascertained that his estimate was within the range of prices asked by others. All plumbing jobs are quite expensive because plumbers charge about $350-400 an hour , just as electricians. But the work performed was to my satisfaction and was very neat.

Excellent Experience

My call was responded immediately, in addition he explained what was he going to do so I understood the work. He also gave me suggestions for the basement and I has proven the item that was installed in my basement and it is working very well, no more water in my basement.

They came out immediately and prevented a smaller problem becoming something much bigger. Good prices, and I never felt like they were trying to "oversell me" into something I didnt need.

My call was response immediately, and the service man came within 30 minutes. He knew what was wrong and fixed it in no time. Because he give me the good sincere impression I will recommend him to any of my friend.

The man came and replaced our sump pump on a Saturday night which we appreciated. The pump worked all night without any water hitting the float. Sunday morning the pump stopped working. We had to call again and the company sent a man out to adjust the float which had gotten stuck because it was hitting the side of the sump hole.

I was an executor for her uncle's estate that is about 100 miles from us & Effective Basement Solutions (EBS) handled a sump pump & mold remediation issue in the home that had to be sold. Professional from top to bottom! EBS explained the additional work that needed to be done & took care of all necessary documentation for settlement. In addition my wife's parents had a water problem in their basement located not too far from the uncle's house. EBS took care of that with the same professionalism. The cost was indeed reasonable but we had a bit of a problem with receiving the bill for the work performed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Franco was very professional the men he had to paint my house were very good they know what they;re doing they did an excellent job very hard workers no complaints Franco really does all he can to make the process go as smooth as possible only compliant i did have when his worker are on the job ,it;s sometimes hard to reach Franco tha;s something he really needs to improve on customer contact and communication is VERY important!! But overall they not only did a wonderful job painting the exterior of my house but also stained my entire wood fenc in my yard , You won;t go wrong with this company I would truly use them again and recommend them
