Mark Anderson was fantastic! Mark arrived on time and was very friendly and courteous. He addressed my concerns and knew immediately what how the window mechanism broke. It was fixed within minutes and he even gave me lots of REALLY helpful tips on how to remedy and issue with another window! I contracted with The Window Place for a new large cathedral height picture windows for my home. The salesman/owner (Mark) who came to my home was great, explained everything and was very professional. The installers arrived on time and spent the day removing the old huge windows and installing the new ones, doing a very careful job and making sure not to damage any floors, walls or frames. Mark recommended the Low-E coated energy efficient windows, I noticed a difference in room temperatures immediately , not to mention they are beautiful & well worth the upgrade. This is a very reliable, trustworthy company who do top quality work. I'd gladly recommend them to anyone and more importantly TRUST them in my home.. A ++

From when initial contract signed to date windows installed took longer than normal, but installers were very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous; our representative kept us updated and handled our HOA.

I called the Window Place Plus (Owner Mark Anderson) to receive a quote for a new front door. Mark is a very honest and upfront guy. No pressure to sell whatsoever. Mark is very nice and easy going. I did not feel the need to get a quote anywhere else, due to the reviews I read, and how Mark treated us. He explained everything to a tee, showed pictures from his catalogs, and we settled a few days later and everything was understood. A bit later, Rory came over to spec out all the measurements. As soon as the door was installed, I was highly impressed. John & Greg were excellent guys, and the installation was perfect. Completely level, insulated, caulked perfectly; the works. I couldn't recommend Mark's company more. There was not one problem with contacting and information relay. I now have a very beautiful front door with full glass, and the door is great quality, heavy, and perfect for me. Trust me, don't go anywhere to get things done, other than Mark's company. These guys are good! If there were 10 stars, they'd get a 9.99. No one's perfect! If I need anything else done, I will be calling Mark!

Had all my condo windows and sliding door replaced in August. Installation went very well. Installers were very professional, came on time, explain and answer all the questions. Windows themselves seem to be good quality, opening and closing very easily. Hope to see reduction of energy use during winter. Would definitely recommend Windows Place Plus company.

Awesome job by WPP! Hugh and Scott were on time and completed the job in about 3 hours. This was a fairly large half circle display window on the second story, so not an easy lift. The outside trim was perfect and the window looks better than the original. There was very little mess, but it was cleaned up completely. I highly recommend WPP and would definitely use them for future window jobs.

The window installers did a great job. They were professional they cleaned up after themselves. The price was right. They were excellent and I would use them again And would recommend to anyone.

Very well. The installers, Hughie and Scott were very professional. 5 windows and 2 patio doors were installed in a day and a half. The installers covered all tables and sofas with plastic during the installation. After completion, all scrapes and the old windows and patio doors were removed I would definitely recommend Window Place Plus to anyone in need of Windows and doors Kudos to The Salesman, Mark Anderson and the two Installers, Hughie and Scott

Everything went well. $100. was taken off price of $1762.00 because I am having siding done next week so capping wasn't necessary. The only problem was waiting for the windows and installation. I ordered the windows on 4/16/18 and they were just installed on 7/2/18.

Work not yet scheduled, but Mark Anderson walked me through all possible issues, and made sure I took care of maintenance items first. He even called me a couple days later, and made another suggestion to look at, before spending money.

Everything went very well. They estimated 3 hours and were done in 2.5 hours. Windows look great.

The estimating process went very well. Mark arrived on time, I showed him the windows I wanted replaced, and he gave me the cost. There was no pressure to make an immediate decision and none of the, "if you sign today, I will give you a big discount" nonsense. He was very straight forward with the price and seemed very honest about it. Within a few days, I decided to hire his company, paid a deposit, and signed the contract. I will write another review after installation of the windows, but I'm convinced it will be a positive experience.

In addition to having a "no pressure" approach, he went above and beyond because of my special circumstances. The installers: Huey and Scott were completely professional. On time, courteous, hard working, and finished within the timeframe they gave me. Overall: Already recommended Windows Place Plus to two people. I'd absolutely use them again.

From Mark coming to give me a price and explaining the details of the job, answering all my questions, to the crew who performed the work, this was an excellent experience. The company delivered exactly as promised. The installation crew did the job in two days (24 windows and one door) and it was apparent these men were experienced. They demonstrated how the windows functioned and how they were installed. Clean-up was performed and that was excellent as well. I highly recommend this company and I would use them again.
