The good- the finished project of flooring, trim, and stairs looks great. The workers arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. The bad- it was estimated the project would be completed in one 10 hour day. Not enough flooring was ordered not once but twice, causing the workers to have to return to the house on 3 separate days. The project took 46 days to complete from start to finish! There was an extreme lack of communication during this wait.

They were very professional and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone. Bill was very nice and easy going. No pressure at all. My wife and I are very pleased with the job. Milton was very nice and cordial.

Jennifer was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond to my questions and requests for updates. There were issues with the first subcontractors and later Carl and his team replaced the wood floor. I appreciate his honesty and attention to detail.

The job hit a few bumps in the road due to some unforeseen circumstances, but as soon as the owner, Mr. Bell, found out about the problems he could not do enough to rectify the situation. The floors are beautiful and I would absolutely use them again. If not for the few issues (which were again taken care of beyond expectation) I would have given them 5 stars for everything.

Had laminate floors installed in main area and stairs. Results were excellent! Very good crew who were on time and cleaned up always. Quality of work was better than I expected, would definitely recommend this place

I was not happy because after deposit and waiting a whole month I never received the carpet I chose and was only informed after my persistent calls that they still hadn't received the carpet in their warehouse so I had to cancel.

Professional, friendly, worked quickly and cleaned up after they were finished. Would highly recommend them.

I used Floor Coverings for installing hardwood floors. What I most admired about these people is their honesty and commitment to quality. When they discovered flaws in the material that I had not noticed, they immediately pointed it out to me and shipped back the defective material. It was replaced by good quality material which was used. Work was excellent, workers (Chris and his team) showed by on time and were very courteous. They did a great job of cleaning up everything at the end.

From sales to installation the service was excellent. The install was impeccable. The care they took with my home and furnishings was beautiful.

Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Jennifer offered a large range of prices also some idea how long the carpet would last. NO PRESSURE She was very professional. Quoted prices including tax and all work to be done. We knew and exact price with no extras. We had some work to be completed before installation. When we were ready the carpet was in stock and ready to be installed. On the day of installation Milton arrived and anything I mentioned to him was not a problem. He and Ephrim worked steady until the work was completed. Even took photos of how the furniture was placed so it was put back just as it was. They were polite and respected our property. The clean up was fast and thorough. The carpet looks beautiful. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Very pleased from initial meeting with Bill the salesperson all the way to the completed job. Bill was very professional and personable. He answered all of our questions and knew exactly what needed to be done. The installers, led by Carl were wonderful! The four guys showed what teamwork is all about. I will use Floor Coverings International again for my next two projects.

These guys are great. My salesman, Bill is a super nice guy. Very honest and makes you feel comfortable with everything he is telling you, from price to recommendations. Not like the sleezy salesmen from televised flooring companies. Their showroom is HUGE with a ton of selections or the salesman will bring samples to your home. (I did both). The installers arrived exactly when expected and worked extremely hard all day to install flooring and baseboards throughout my entire condo...moving (and replacing) all furniture along the way. And the pricing was perfect...exactly where I expected it to be...and much lower than others that I compared to in the area. I can not give a high enough rating to everyone involved. GREAT GREAT JOB!
